"Today we have found young teenager Alexander Teegan's belongings in an Arizona ditch," a news reporter speaks. I listen intently, hoping for more information on him being alive.
"No further information can be enclosed at this time."

How can some stupid news station find out this information before the family? None of those other people watching actually have to go through our pain and anticipation. Everyday I try and forget these horrible events, while other people engulf themselves into this news. Why don't they just understand that we want to be left alone and Alex back?

I groan and remember that the police will arrive here in about two hours to discuss what was found.
I just want Alexander to be found. I look all around me to see my family anxiously waiting the arrival of the police.
They still haven't found any evidence towards his mystery disappearance. All I want to know is what happened to my brother. I literally just got to know him and he was ripped away from my life once again.
Although I wasn't close to Alexander, he was still my brother and I cared for him. I still care.
My thoughts are interrupted by someone poking my cheek. I look up to see Jack with a wide smile on his face. Lately, he's been hanging around a lot, trying to keep my mind off of Alexander.
"Ady, why don't we go to the mall while your parents talk to the deputy alone," he suggests and helps me up from the couch. I nod my head in agreement . I stuff my phone and wallet into my pocket and make my way to the front door with Jack beside me.
I get into his car and buckle myself in. Thoughts of Alexander fill my brain and soon I'm bawling.
I feel strong arms around me and I sink further into the masculine chest. I just want my brother back. Hiccups come from my mouth and I retract back from whoever I was crying on. Jack looks sympathetic and grabs my hand.
"I promise everything will be okay soon, Ad." he rubs my shoulders and kisses my cheek before walking to the drivers side of the car.
Soon enough, Jack and I are at the mall and we're just walking around. Jack stops suddenly in front of a store and drags me in. I don't bother looking at what store it is until Jack picks up a pair of vans. I look around and see that we are in Journey's. Alexander bought almost all of his shoes from journeys or vans.
"Jack, I don't mean to ruin your day, but I'm not really up to shopping or going anywhere with people," I grab his hand and look up toward him.
"Then I know the perfect place to go then," he sets down the pair of shoes and guides me out of the store.
----------------------------------

Jack drives for about thirty minutes before we reach a lake. Its beautiful and peaceful.
"C'mon , Adalyn," He takes my hand and leads me to a tree that is overgrown with moss. He lays down a blanket and we just sit there for hours. I sit there crying and he sits there comforting me. I just want my brother back.

"Adalyn, it's around five o'clock. We better get back to your parent's house. They are probably really worried about you," he plays with my hair .

I nod my head and he takes his hands out of my hair and helps me up from the blanket. He picks up the blanket and takes my hand in his and helps me walk back to the truck. I buckle myself in and wipe the tears from my face. I wonder what my parents have to say.

The ride back to the house is pretty quick and the ride was silent. When we get back to the house,  I unlock the door and see my parents and brother crying. Jazmine sits there, not knowing what is going on.

When they look up, they don't have sad looks on their faces. Did they find him?

"Mom, dad, what's wrong." I ask and sit down on the couch in front of them. They look at me before replying.

"They have found Alex! But, they can't go and get him yet. He is in a lot of danger but they are sending the FBI along with the team to go and get him and the criminal whom he is with. It will take three days to bring him back if they successfully retrieve him," my dad explains and begins to cry even more. Please please be safe Alexander.

        -------------------------

Three hours later we have received word that Alexander is safe and in the hospital under special care. I hope that he we will be okay. They found him in Arizona and he will be there for a couple days longer than expected. I'm just happy that he is okay and has been found.

I look over to my parents hugging each other and leaving the police officer to stand there awkwardly. Chandler comes running over to me and hugs me tightly. He spins me around and then sets me down. We stand there for a moment just crying. Crying with happiness. Finally, something good is happening. Alexander is safe and the criminal who had him is behind bars.
