Escape

Bealfire's Pov
I was really excited about leaving with Danielle but she didn't seem to feel the same way about it. She looked happy but if you looked into her eyes she was so sad, I wonder why? we were getting off the island, we were going home. I was hoping to find the Darlings but if Danny wasn't there with me I didn't want to. She had told me about all these wonderful things and places like cars and how her favorite was this yellow small buggy. She also told me about New York or the big apple, she said it was were she wanted to go when she grew up. But she never thought she would get the chance. Stories of the past just rolled out of her mouth after we made our plan to escape. It surprised me, Danielle never really talked about herself until now, I knew her favorite color and food but I didn't know her hopes and dreams. Our way out of Neverland must have made her feel better to open up this much.
Danielle's Pov
I started telling Bae stories from my world, but I told him stuff that wasn't true like my favorite car and where I wanted to go, I even made stealing sound like a good thing. I knew what I was doing was wrong but I couldn't stop I needed to make sure Bae fell in love with Emma.
-couple hours later-
It was midnight (still D's Pov) and me and Bae were on a cliff he was holding the cocoanut and I held a satchel filled with stuff to push him in the right direction and letters he could open. I looked over the edge of the cliff, it was about a 200 foot drop if we fell. "Danielle are you sure about this?" Bae sounded uneasy, but he has every right to be. "yeah, I'm positive" I answered not as confidently as I would have liked. "We are about to be the first people to escape pan's island without his permission" I said lying to Bae. "Get ready to make history!" I shouted and grabbed the cocoanut. I was about to open it when Baesaid "wait!"
Bealfire's POV
"Wait!" I shouted before Danni could open the trap and release the shadow. She paused and looked at me questioningly. "I just wanted to say if we don't make it-" I was cut off by Danielle "of course you'll make it it's fate" she said and I believed her, she sounded so sure we would make it, wait did she say you instead of we? "What do you mean you?" I asked "Bae shut up and believe it's the only way off this island" she told me. "Okay" I said not convinced "but before we go there is something I have to do" I said. "this is no time for goodbyes Bae! Pan could find out any minu-" I cut her off by kissing her.
Danielle's POV
Bae is kissing me. I am being kissed. Well this was unexpected. Bae broke the kiss and began to hug me and behind my back unbeknownst to me he was opening the cocoanut. The shadow flew out and hovered a bit over our heads in time for me to realize what was going on. I tried to rip myself away from Bae but his grip was too tight. The shadow dived down and grabbed Bae's arm but Bae was holding on to me. I twisted and turned trying to get him to let go until he did. I dropped about three feet onto the rocky cliff Bae looked at me in horror "Danielle! quickly grab my hand" Bae shouted. I just shook my head with tears streaming down my face. Bae looked taken aback "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?" he shouted "JUST READ THE LETTERS!" I shouted back. Bae was so far away now I almost didn't hear him, but I did and it broke my heart "YOU NEVER PLANNED TO COME WITH ME DID YOU!!!" he shouted at me. I was sobbing then, trying to keep myself standing.
Baelfire's Pov
The shadow had taken me far away from Neverland and Danielle to the world without magic. We touched down in the middle of a street. Danny told me all about her world and my experience from the Darlings helped too. I opened the bag she gave me and inside I found a metal tin a wad of cash and some clothes. I opened the tin to see a large stack of envelopes labeled with dates. I put everything back in the bag and went to find someone and a place to change clothes. I numbly walked to an alley way without any feeling.

Okay so I have mixed feelings about this chapter. I have never done anything like that before but I think the story really needed that. Also someone was upset with me because they didn't kiss in another chapter, you know who you are.
