sleeping peacefully in bed felix was surrounded by his warm blankets until he felt someone shaking him awake. the boy groaned as he slowly opened his eyes to see who it was. opening his eyes, he saw it was nabi shaking him awake.
"papa! hurry wake up there's presents under the tree and santa ate the cookies we left out for him!" hurriedly wanting her father to awake felix slowly sat up and rubbed his eyes awake.
"santa huh? give me a second to get ready hun." yawing while covering his mouth nabi dragged felix from his hand to take him to the living room where the christmas tree was.
felix was still living with chan and the older was more than happy to help set up a tree for nabi. chan was never into festivities of the sorts but after nabi came into his life, he couldn't be happier to set up a tree for her. and to eat cookies late at night to illude her that santa came while she was sleeping and ate the cookies.
taking felix to the living room, felix saw the presents under the tree that were under the tree (that he totally didn't set up the night before) and he saw a chan in pajamas sitting on the couch.
"looks like someone's sleepy." chan teased the younger who had messy hair and was still tawing his tiredness out.
"shut up. what time even is it?" felix asked chan who turned on his phone to see the time.
"it's 8am, i guess nabi couldn't help but wake up bright and early to open the presents santa got her." chan smiled at the young girl pacing around the tall christmas tree.
"can i please open my presents now?" nabi asked clutching her hands together in a pleading motion.
"how about we get some breakfast in you then we'll open presents! we can't have you hungry now can we?" chan pipped to the girl tickling her stomach making nabi giggle.
"okay— i want hot chocolate though!" rushing towards the kitchen to grab the stuff to make the hot chocolate chan and felix chuckled at her excitement.
"i'll get started on breakfast then. felix you can go get ready if you want." chan said to the boy who was still in his pajamas.
"what's wrong with my clothes now?" looking down at his matching reindeer pajama set, he didn't know what was wrong with it since it was just chan and nabi with him.
"well i have someone coming over later so you might want to look a little bit more put together." chan informed the boy who cracked his neck in a swift motion.
