minho finally arrived at the forest where the group was meeting up, this forest in particular was suitable for casting portals as it was out of sight of the public and the people.
adorned in black clothing from head to toe, minho was the last to come to the meeting place. as he arrived, the others all were waiting for him patiently, also adorned in black. the only people missing were chan and nayeon, so he wasn't the only late one to the mission.
"finally, you're here." johnny commented. minho let out a small chuckle before adjusting the fingerless black gloves he was wearing. he tightened their grip on him as they were too loose.
"sorry, got a bit caught up back at home." pulling on the leather strap of the glove he saw that chaeryoung was sipping on ice coffee..at almost 4 in the morning.
"i thought soobin and chaeryoung were going to be late, this vampire really took her to get iced coffee." johnny put his arm around soobin's shoulder teasing him. soobin rolled his eyes and smiled.
"not my fault chaeryoung doesn't have chaotic energy 24/7, she's a human hyung." he said and chaeryoung blinked before saying something.
"this coffee isn't even from an actual cafe, it's convenience store coffee. not complaining though, still tastes pretty good." she said taking another sip.
"and here i thought vampires were addicted to coffee." jaehyun said butting into the conversation.
"you look absolutely ridiculous in your gear jaehyun. it's out of character to see you in such mission clothes." chaeryoung joked. jaehyun was in almost identical clothes as minho, so the boy was confused at the girls remark.
"how come I'M called ridiculous for wearing mission gear when minho-hyung is in almost the same thing as i am." he quarlled to the young girl.
him and minho were both wearing black cargo pants with black combat boots. the only difference was minho was in a short sleeve black compression shirt while jaehyun was in a longsleeve compression shirt.
"minho makes it look cooler." she said with a cheeky and confident smile. she then put her drink down and stood up from the grassy ground she was sitting on. jaehyun was very much displeased with the red-heads answer, johnny and soobin laughed while minho kept a smile to himself.
"by the way, where is chan and nayeon-unnie?" she asked the group, the boys just shrugged cluelessly.
"they would be arriving in about-" right before johnny could finish his sentence, nayeon and chan appeared out of thin air. it could be seen that nayeon could wield such magic to do teleportation, which surprised the latter.
