nabi tapped her hello kitty pencil on her desk, patiently waiting for the teacher to arrive to class. her other classmates mingled or played around, she preferred chilling by herself before class. after all, there would be plenty of time to hang out during their free periods.
the bell then rung, the students going to sit at their respected desks. the teacher then came in, with a student by her side. most likely, it was a new student. the student appeared to be a girl, she had long dark hair from what nabi could see.
"hello everyone, today we have a new student." she announced. that was the girl's cue to introduce herself.
"i'm jang wonyoung, i'm a pureblood. please treat me well." she bowed smiling. nabi widened her eyes. it was the same girl that commented on her instagram post not too long ago.
"she'll also be joining the 2B training period, if you have the same period please show wonyoung the way there."
"your seat is next to lee nabi, please raise your hand nabi!" she gestured to nabi. nabi raised her hand shyly and wonyoung took a seat next to her.
"now let's get class started, please take out your study books. wonyoung dear i've already collected yours for you." the teacher smiled passing a study book to wonyoung. how lovely of her.
"thank you!" wonyoung grabbed her pencil case out of her bag along with her notebook. nabi did the same, but glanced over at wonyoung next to her.
wonyoung then looked back at her, both of them making eye contact. her dark midnight eyes gazed into nabi's hazel ones, it was like she was under a trance. out of nowhere, it felt like wonyoung was the only one in the class.
quickly though, the young girl broke the contact, nabi stared down at her book and wonyoung did the same. wonyoung smirked at this.

as the class was being dismissed, nabi was packing her things in her bag until she remembered what the teacher had said before.
"if you have training 2b please show wonyoung where it is."
coincidentally, nabi had the same training period next hour. she tapped wonyoung shoulder in order to get her attention before she walked away. wonyoung turned to her.
"i have training 2B next hour, want me to show you the way there?" she offered. wonyoung gave her a heartwarming smile.
"that would be very helpful."
the two girls packed up their things and left the class. nabi then walked wonyoung the way to the training area, which was quite large.
"what brings you to cross academy?" nabi asked trying to make small talk between her and wonyoung.
"on the run just like everyone else, hopefully this place stays permanent." she said with hope in her voice.
