Ruminas noticed Milim's aura was releasing.

"Rimuru, if you're done over there, come on, I'm sure you've already felt that aura, looks like Milim is about to fight, or worst, she will explode something or someone right now." - Ruminas

Ainz was more shocked by Vampire's aura.
