— Well, well, well, look what we have here! It's Luther with his little slave Hektor, having a good time selling my friends, huh? Well, I regret to inform you, Luther, that your fun's about to end. Hand over my brother and his friends, unless you want to suffer — Viktor said.— But look who's here, Viktor, Lukotico's little brother! You seem new to this auction business. But if you want your brother back, you'll have to win the bid — Luther asserted.— That's not happening, Luther. Gonzalo smashed the door open with a powerful rock. Inside, dozens of guards stood. Davyn positioned himself in front and stunned all the guards with his power.Viktor surged forward, running into the main hall, where hundreds of guards and Sage Santhiago were still present. Once again, he leaped from the platform, this time accompanied by his friends. As they landed, they assumed combat positions and demanded the release of Lua and her mother, but the sages adamantly refused, stating that their corpses must be cold for them to release their mother.Viktor shouted, emitting a sonic blade from his voice that cut through the air at lightning speed, slicing the throats of Santhiago and all the guards in the room. The remaining individuals were left petrified by the scene.Quickly, they freed Lua and Viktor's mother, and as Viktor and Lua shared a passionate kiss, tears streamed down Lua's face as she silently mouthed, "Thank you." Lua collapsed to the ground.The sonic blade had struck Lua's abdomen, causing her to lose consciousness rapidly, bleeding out. Viktor began to scream, shattering all the pillars in the room. The others fled the room as the ceiling threatened to collapse upon Viktor. Lukotico approached him, delivered a slap, and tearfully said,"Viktor, using primal powers without thinking has consequences, remember? There's no time to waste now. Come, let's go before it gets worse."As the ceiling began to crumble, the brothers rose from the ground. Closing the door behind them, as they exited, the ceiling shattered, causing a tremendous noise and shaking throughout the building.Viktor, along with Lukotico, teleported outside the palace while Viktor continued to cry for his beloved. The rest of the group was already outside, waiting for them. Seeing Viktor in tears, his mother approached him, hugging him and thanking him for being so brave to rescue her. She thanked everyone present for their cooperation.Viktor joined his mother in gratitude, promising that they needed to do a better job in choosing who should govern the dome and that the governor should be capable of making the Antler people prosper.Lua's parents approached Viktor and whispered that Luther had fallen into the trap set by the rulers of the Republic of Light. Laura ran up to Viktor to share her plan, which involved everyone wearing invisibility suits provided by her. Lukotico and Viktor would distract Luther while the invisible ones surrounded him, using the chosen light to encase him.Viktor relayed the plan to the rest of the group, and no one objected. The plan seemed promising, but in practice, it might not work perfectly. However, they had to try. They couldn't let Luther roam free, not after what he had caused.They asked Luis to create the portal to the Republic of Light, but he couldn't because he had never been there. Hugo offered his hippogriffs to transport them there.Everyone mounted the hippogriffs without assistance and bid farewell to the others who had accompanied them during the palace attack.They flew through the frigid winds until they reached the Republic of Light, where upon seeing Hugo, they were allowed to enter directly.They entered the parliament; the entrance was crowded with followers waiting to see the High Inquisitor. The group bypassed them and entered the parliament. Luther was standing on the platform, speaking. The invisible ones moved ahead of the group and surrounded Luther. Viktor and Lukotico burst open the doors of the chamber with a loud noise, making their presence known."Here we meet again, Luther.
