The following week, elections were held within the dome to choose the representative of the Antler people. Viktor's mother also ran in the elections with the idea of building more domes, expanding, and strengthening friendship with the Republic of Light. Kerry emerged victorious with an overwhelming majority of votes, but she chose to include all the candidates in her government to have a wider range of opinions.Viktor and Lukotico returned home and together they fed Orca, Viktor's pet. They felt a sense of peace, saddened by Lua's loss but content. Over the next few days, Viktor visited Lua's home to support her parents in overcoming the loss of their daughter. They appreciated these frequent visits.Each of the elected representatives decided it was best to return home. They felt they had no further role in the dome, and their families must have been missing them after weeks away. Now, at least, the Samiz emperors had a bit more freedom in decision-making, which benefited the kingdoms and led them to thrive.
