Dear Diary,
I had lunch in the cafeteria today. My nurse gave me permission. She is a kind lady who takes everything I tell her into thoughtful consideration, even if it's just small talk. I think she is the type of person who takes everything in stride, no matter how difficult it is.
She smells like watermelon and cleaning supplies and reminds me of summer.
