Chapter 8- Love and Murder

Well i knew Alois wouldn't be alive for much longer, i knew that all too well. I went to an abandoned road that went from the Trancy Manor to the Phantomhive estate. There i was meeting someone who understood what was happening but wanted to be by my side nonetheless. It was one of the young demons in the Demon World. He was exactly like me didn't have any brothers or sisters but had human feelings as well. His name was Ayden Delcour. He was tall, had a slightly muscular build, messy red hair, and silver eyes.

I'll let you know right now, i have been seeing him since the ball a few weeks ago. "Selcura" Ayden whispered "i don't know what i am going to do Ayden, It seems like everything is going upside down" i sighed, Ayden said nothing and that was the perfect comfort "fear not, i promise i'd never leave you for all this insanity" 

I explained to Ayden who was most interested in my adventures but became distressed when i told him of my forced engadgement and how i worried for Alois when i shouldn't. Remember how i said demons have animals associated with them? Well Ayden's animal was a wolf. After losing Pluto i missed having a demon hound around but Ayden was far from a Demon Hound but he appeared before me sometimes as a silvery wolf which was the same size of a normal wolf. Likewise there were times where he was expecting me in my human facade but appeared as a black fruit bat.

Ayden was one of the young demons that had tried to come up and perhaps flirt with me that one ball held in Houndsworth but my brother scared him away "Ayden, my brother has gone way too far, i fear for Alois even though i know hes going to die" i started but Ayden silenced me with a kiss. It was sweet "don't worry about it love" He told me which i gave him a dazzling smile.

Just then i heard a carriage, the horses at full speed. The scent of blood and the sound of a quickened heartbeat filled the air. Ayden pushed me out of the way of the carriage when it was about to hit me. "Hannah!" i exclaimed when i saw who was driving "Ayden, that was Hannah, something is wrong" i told him then running after the carriage "sorry!" i yelled back at him, i glanced back to see him smile softly and nod "thank you Ayden". I wasn't looking where i was going and bumped into someone "well, Selcura are you interefering with my job?" i glanced at Grell "sorry, Grell what's going on?" i asked him "i got a Jim Macken on my to die list" that confused me "who is he?" i asked "one who's soul ledger was unaffected" Grell told me "Alois!" i whispered in horror. 

I started running in the direction Hannah had gone only to see Grell running ahead of me. With my enhanced hearing, i heard a tree falling and the frightened sounds of the horse. When i finally got there, the carriage was on the side and Grell and Hannah were fighting. There was also a blood trail leading away from the fighting. I followed the bloody trail to see Alois leading against the huge tree in the middle. "Alois, please survive" i quietly told him even though i knew he wasn'tgoing to hear me. Claude appeared before a wolf would finish the boy off. I could hear Alois say that Claude was his highness then Claude crushed Alois's head i held my mouth and gasped. How could Claude do something like that to a child no less? i laughed at my own question i knew why, Claude is a sadistic spider thats why.

I wasn't paying attention to Grell's and Claude's exchanged i kept on staring at Alois's body in shock and horror. Even when they both left i stayed watching the body when i saw Hannah appear before the body that was lying in a pool of blood, she straddled the corpse and gouged out his left eye "now my lord what is your wish?" i heard her ask before fleeing the scene tears falling from my eyes down my cheeks like a waterfall.
