Chaewon's Point of view

"Hi, my name is Kim Chaewon please take care of me" I greeted with a bow.

"Ok Chaewon, I'm nurse Kwon Eunbi nice to meet you, I'll be your guide for today"

For everyone's sake, I'm Kim Chaewon in my last year of high school and currently on my work immersion for the sake of my grades. For those who don't know what on earth a work immersion is, since we're graduating and the next step is college we are assigned to work at a place related to the course we want for two weeks. Those who didn't get to choose, get an assigned workplace for them by the school. Sadly, I wasn't one of those people who chose where to work so I was assigned to a government unit nearby the school, to be specific the RHU, aka Rural Health Unit. This was a requirement that was needed for my entire batch aside from grades, this is supposed to help give us an idea of what our future would be like after we graduated and honestly, I'm kind of looking forward to it.

As of the moment, Nurse Kwon Eunbi showed me around the RHU and even introduced me to the people working there, I felt relieved since everyone was so kind and really welcoming. A few minutes ago I was feeling so anxious, especially when the person who was dropping me and my other friends off at where we were going to be stationed told me I was going to be stationed here alone away from my friends and other schoolmates but so far everything has surprisingly been going great.

"And we're done with the tour, just so you know you're not the only one assigned here with us we have three of you assigned here but I guess you're the only one from your school that's going to be here, anyway you are free to take breaks whenever you want it's not like we're a hospital where we have to be busy 24/7 this is just the RHU after all, you and your friends will have an orientation tomorrow other than that you can help around other places if you want to but today you'll be stuck with me"

"Yes ma'am" I answered, after that, I was told to sit down and wait for a bit she had an errand to run and she left what she was going to ask me to do there as well so I just did as told.

As I was waiting I heard a notification from my phone so I took it out to see what it was, I was bombarded with messages but one particular message caught my eye immediately.

New messages from Nabuki 2 hours ago

It was from Yabuki Nako an online friend I met a few months back, she's younger than me by a year and also a year below me in school. She is also my one and only suitor, Nako confessed to me a few days before school started again after the winter break, I only saw it the next morning though and it honestly shocked me, how on earth can a person like someone like me? But after a long call that just ended up with her flirting with me, and me just complaining how dense I was to not even notice, I gave her a chance because it wouldn't hurt to give her one, right?

"Cute" I mumbled as read through all of her texts, I couldn't help but smile as I scrolled down, I could sense she was pouting right now in her school since I didn't get to reply to her earlier this morning. The past few days she's been extra clingy with me, I've never seen her like this with our other friends but then again I guess she really wouldn't show this kind of side with anyone that easily and I guess it was a good thing that she was only showing this to me. The two of us would almost always call at night before we slept and sometimes during the day when no one was at her place, I didn't mind it one bit, I liked it when she called and I liked her company a lot.
