"You found the pendant right?"

"Of course. You sure it'll return your power though?" The shadow smirked.

"Well yeah the whole point of the dumb pendant is that it trapped 3 of my powers. Honestly the fire master deserved what happened to him because of this idea"

"The fire master? Isn't he alive?" The shadow asked wanting to know what his friend was talking about.

"The first fire master, the one that I hate a lot? Kai's ancestor"

"That makes sense" the shadow shrugged and then moved closer to the figure he was talking to. "Well I've gotten the pendant so here you go" the shadow smirked tossing it to his friend.

The figure reached to catch it but it disappeared.

"Ugh of course they'd put a curse on the pendant. Knowing them it'll be a one time horse though cause there to weak to put a permant curse on it." the figure groaned.

"Well shit..." the shadow groaned.

"Ugh wow lord of the rings zane?" Lloyd rolled his eyes popping a mentos in his mouth. "Well all of you couldn't find a movie to watch" zane smiled ignoring Lloyd's eye roll.

Kai was feeling nervous. I mean the demon was stalking and lurking around the house. It dosnt make sense though...the shadow was 2d while jay thought it must've been one of the other ninja. It was odd. I mean jay was actually thinking so that was the most surprising thing about the whole demon thing.

Cole was giving kai odd stares while the scene with gandalf and the weird white dressed old dude betrayed him. Honestly kai was sick of the movie. Plus the betrayal had no build up or character attachment so it didn't mean anything. Jay had stayed up with kai the night before thinking about the demon and the scroll and what it meant so he was sleeping since he wasnt used to all nighters. "I'm bored" kai sighed as Lloyd and nya looked at him.

"You may go kai" zane smiled knowing thos wasn't something kai liked.
"Thanks zane" kai smiled back.
Lloyd and nye looked at eachother and smirked.

"Hey zane can we go aswell? Were bored" they both said in unison.
"You too just stay in your rooms and watch YouTube and check your social media so no. Kai actually talks and comes out of his room" zane replied harshly.

"I come out of my room!" Lloyd pouted.

"With any other reason then food and water?" Zane was giving a smile with a shut up and watch the movie or I'll commit 3rd degree manslaughter.

"Aww..." Lloyd and nya pouted. Cole didnt mind watching the movie he just well wanted to keep an eye on kai.

Kai snuck into Wu's room. He looked around the room. He saw a red velvet box. It had a soft fabric with gold line twisting into shapes and swirls. The box had an odd aura.

He touched the box and a floating purple symbol turned and it turned red. The red velvet box flew open. Red mist entered the room. Kai suddenly felt like he was supposed to find this. He saw a purple pendant. It was a beatiful sliver with a purple oval gem. It was beatiful.

Kai suddenly heard foot steps. He tryed to put the pendant back in the velvet box but it had sealed close. He did the only thing he could. He put the pendant around his neck and under his shirt like a girl hiding her phone during class.

The door opened. Cole stepped into Wu's room and moved closer to kai closing the door.
"Kai what the hell is this!?" Cole asked threateningly.
"Whats what!?" Kai chuckled nervously.

"Well first up who do you think is the demon?" Cole asked.

"Demon! What are you talking about" kai chuckled.

"Dont you play dumb i know what you two did. I've read the scrolls that you uhhh" cole stuttered. "The scroll you burned!" Cole thought of something.

"Fine fine but how do you know about the scrolls!?" Kai asked.

"Well Wu would recommended me scrolls to read" cole lied.
"...oh..." kai replied "well I have no idea what your talking about cole" he pushed cole out of the way closing Wu's door and then rushing straight to his room.

Cole glared at kai while he left. Kai knew something about the scrolls and he was going to find a way to get kai to tell him what he knew.

Kai walked over to the chalk board in his room. He then wrote the names of who was the most suspicious of being the demon and who was the least.

1. Cole
2. All the other ninja
3. Jay

He had no idea who else it could be. No one was acting odd or weird. Even if cole wasn't the demon he must be on its side or something.
Kai thought. Kai looked at the pendant around his neck. It felt...like it was meant to be there...for protection or....out of the wrong hands...or claws.
