Unbeknownst to them, the Genius and Mahira happened to overheard their conversation. Mahira overwhelmed with grief couldn't contain her emotions, she felt her limbs go numb as she let her arms reach out to the standing tulip-flower vase for support, but ended up pushing the vase which resulted to their landing on the ground with a loud thud and the shattering sound of the ceramic-glass vase grabbed everyone's attention.Nanny B was the first to ran to her and hugged her tightly. "London miss, I've missed you badly." She said as she drew them up together.
"Hey! Come to daddy!" Before Ahmed Hakimi could get to finish, Mahira break out of the hug and ran to him, leaving Nanny B rooted. Soon, the father and daughter had begun to sob while they embraced each other tightly.
"Have you heard......?" Ahmed Hakimi whispered into her ears, to which the girl frantically nodded.
"Go to your room, I don't want you to bother yourself, if you do I'll not at all excuse you! You got me?" He said as he broke the hug and tapped her shoulders.
The girl slowly tilted her head to gaze at his hand that's placed on her shoulders, she used her hand to draw his hand off before slowly and emotionlessly moving to the elevator, not spearing any other person a glance. She headed to her room and pushed back the extravagant double-door.
A frantic knock came from the door to which Mahira ignored, instead she dragged herself into the bathroom and began to take a relaxing cold shower. Somehow, her mind begin to wander into and out of the events that had occurred in the past few minutes to hours.
It is safe if she marks today's date as the most horrible, unpleasant and nasty day of her life, if the traumatic days of her life are being excluded, id est 14 years ago.
Had she been aware of her dad's health issues, she wouldn't have left him all alone in the UK. Nothing feels okay to be morally correct.
She doesn't blame him for not informing her about his state of health because she's also struggling with her own health problems, and for more moments than she could remember, she wonders why their fate is being so cruel to them in relation to their health. What can she do though; after all, the God is not to be blamed.
Mahira as well as her younger brother, Achraf Hakimi got diagnosed with some sort of mental disorder at a tender age due to their mother's sensitive and traumatic deed.
Just when everything is starting to fall back into place, Ahmed Hakimi is now suffering from an UNDISCOVERED DISEASE. Not to talk about the emotional distress she's currently enduring at the University.
She decided to push all the bad feelings aside and concentrate on only the good part, letting the goodness of the cold water drain itself down her body, she then wrapped a lush shower cloak around her body and sauntered out of the bathroom.
Upon trudging into the room she's immediately outs-trucked to be met with the all smiley face of Nanny B, sitting by the edge of her bed. Had it been she hadn't entered the room yet, she wouldn't have gotten out but it's late already.
She decided to ignore her presence by moving straight to the vanity table and begin to do her skin care routine; in all likelihood, she's not sorry for what they did to her, instead she looks physically relaxed while waiting for her to be done with whatever she's doing.
Mahira had never imagined that Nanny B would be among people who would hide something so serious from her.
When she's done with her routine, she moved into the walk-in-closet and got dressed, laid down her pink-aesthetic prayer mat and prayed maghrib salaah, did some zikr and prayed for her dad's health.
