Japan: South!
Taiwan: South.

They all stare at Mongolia for an answer. He sweats profusely as his friends close in on him.
Mongolia: Uhm... I think you're both the best.
South K: Well, your vote doesn't count then, it's me for the win!
South Korea celebrated in victory; North was growling and grumbling curses. While the others are preoccupied Mongolia pulls North by the shoulder and whispers to him.
Mongolia: Between you and me... You've always been my favorite Korean, don't tell your brother~
He ends it with a wink. North's eyes sparkle; happiness stirring up his heart. It was a tie after all.
