An idea that fits East Asian Adventures. The Asians all got into a terrible accident and lost consciousness, they woke up to find out their personalities are mixed (Not body-switched)
North Korea: Mongolia! I'm so happy to see you are unharmed [Snuggles close].
Mongolia growls and pulls on North's eye patch, stretching it to the length of his arm before letting go. With a sling slap to his hollow eye, North yelps and falls to the ground.
Mongolia: Don't touch me!
South Korea: *Gasp* My brother, are you okay?!
South helps North back on his feet, making sure that didn't damage him too much. North gleefully smiled and hugged South Korea.
North Korea: I'm okay now that you're comforting me, brother.
Japan: [Rubbing her chin] Hmm... Something seems awfully strange about them.
Taiwan: Meh, they look fine to me. Anyways, how about we go celebrate for being alive?! I think we deserve a good celebration.
China: I have my own things to do. See you all later.
...
