I have not sinned, and yet I am to be struck down by the hands of God
I have not harmed, and yet I am to have my hands bound together
I have not lied, and yet I am to have my tongue severed
I have not manipulated, and yet I am to please like a puppet on a string
I have sprouted angel wings, and yet I am still cast down into eternal damnation
I have been knighted, and yet I am still chastised for committing the acts of a hero
I have taken the path of a pacifist, and yet I am still the aggressor
Love, promises, anguish, and despair all alike
Similar to the one who was cast out of paradise and into a realm of darkness and misery
I will always be their monster
