Luminous as she is, she lures in those with ill intentions
A Goddess, cursed, surrounded by the beasts of humanity
The beasts, only focused on one thing, lust
A woman's love tries to shine through, eradicating the beasts
But alas, they adapt and find ways to project their darkness onto the woman
The woman falls, plunging into the darkness for a short time
She then rises again, refusing to let the beasts have the one she loves
With the heart of a true romantic she fights back with words
"Do you love her? Or do you love the way she looks?"
"Will you love her when she grows old and no longer looks this way?"
"Would you crawl to the ends of the earth for her?"
"Are you focused on her enchanting eyes or her bosom?"
"In a moment of deep sorrow, would you comfort her or bombard her with your carnal desires?"
"Does the beauty of her soul even matter to you? Or just her body?"
The beasts are now shrieking in agony, as each question strikes a nerve
The woman speaks only the truth, and pauses before the final blow
"Could you ever love her the way a woman can?"
The shrieks grow louder, then quieter as the beasts start to fade away
They were simply no match for the ever growing heart of the woman
She turns to the Goddess and puts her hand over her heart
"I vow to never leave your side, your Highness. From now, to forever, through all of your
seasons, I promise to love you the way only a woman could."
