-At the Delta Zeta Living Room-
The room is filled with fifteen to twenty people - Sorority Girls and Fraternity Boys who scream and cheer as they watch four girls who sit on their knees, hands behind their backs, in front of a coffee table devouring plats of macaroni and cheese topped with whipped cream. Mary, Hallie and two other girls, Teri & Luce tear into the macaroni with all their might. Mickey is next to Hallie, coaching her on and coaching Mary as she finishes her plate. A whistle blows as the contest is over.
"Looks like we have a winner" The lead sorority girl says into a microphone. Mary sits up, macaroni and whipped cream is all over her face. She smiles being the victor as everyone applauds. "Mary gets to skip the next round of Bulimia Bingo." Hallie with a face full of grime, eyes Mary almost angrily. "You Bitch." The girls crack up laughing, as someone passes them towels. Mary stands up, looking around the room as Derek enters through the front door, and Mary waves at him, causing him to come over to her. "Where have you been? You missed my shining moment, I won't the macaroni sundae bingo." Derek chuckles, moving a piece of hair over her shoulder, causing Mary to feel slightly uncomfortable. "I'm sorry honey, I got behind." Mary moves a few inches away from him, as they both watch the next round.
"Any news?" Derek looks at her confused, wondering what she was talking about. "About what?" Mary sighs before looking at her friend, who obviously had a crush on her despite her being with Stu. "The forbidden subject of course." Derek shakes his head, when Billy pops into the room. Mary raises an eyebrow at her friend, who is clearly drunk, while Billy eyes Derek next to his friend darkly. "Guys.. outside. Something's up with Chi Omega. Police are everywhere."
People begin to stand, moving to the windows and front door. Mary looks at Derek and Billy, completely aware that someone was copycatting her and her best friends. Two doors down sits the Chi Omega house crawling with police, ambulances , reporters.. complete dejavu. The entire crowd except for Billy and Mary go to check out what was going on, where Mary steals a glance at her best friend. Mary knows that something was wrong, and Billy meets her eyes. "It wasn't me or Stu.. I swear."
Billy and Mary sit on the porch, his arms around her comfortingly, not that she really needed it. However, her face was numb. Someone was using what her and her friends did as a joke, not that anyone knew they were the real killers. No body was even found. "It's starting all over again, and this time, it's not even us." Billy looked at her, almost worried. He saw a fear in her eyes, that he's never seen before. Bloody Mary had gone slightly soft, but he knew that girl was still deep down. "Let me take you back home to Stu." Mary nodded and went to grab her jacket.
Mary, indifferent moves through the open front door, back inside the house. Her face and mind was detached from reality and from what was going on. Billy remained on the porch, watching everything going around him, thinking on who could possibly be copying. Slowly, the door behind him closes. Mary moves through the living room and grabs her coat when the phone rings. She looks at it suspiciously, knowingly and reaches for it. "Hello?"
"Hello Mary" The voice was low and haunting, but Mary had played this game. Mary closes her eyes, counting to ten to calm herself down. When she opens her eyes, she feels tears falling down her cheeks, but refuses to crack. "Who are you?" There was a pause, before the voice answered. "Soon, Mary, Soon" Mary began to get mad, her confidence coming back, and that look came back in her eyes. "What do you want." Her voice was stern and powerful, but the voice on the phone didn't budge. "To see every ounce of blood drain from your body, for what you did."
The voice had never sounded more evil, worse than Billy or Stu, more deadly. Mary doesn't flinch once, holding her posture, steadily. "Then come and fucking get me." And with that, Mary hangs up the phone, slamming it down welcoming the silence when the voice returned, inside the room. "My Pleasure."
Mary spins around, hearing the voice and finds herself staring at a ghost faced figure, but it wasn't the one from the movie theatre. It was the one from Mary's nightmare, that she had after she committed the murders, helping her best friends. It stood in the foyer, staring at her, a sustained moment basically a stand off. Mary doesn't move, but then the killer withdraws his trademark, the classic long hunting knife.
Mary bolts as the ghostface leaps at her, causing her to scream, dodging him. On the porch, Billy hears her scream. He turns to the front door, finding it locked, beating at it. "Mary??? Mary?!" In the living room, Mary just dodges the ghost, the blade just missing her arm. She bolts through the living room, to the front door hearing Billy beating it from the outside. "Billy... he's in the house.. please help me.. I always used the knife!"
Mary struggles with the door, there being too many locks, the ghostface already upon her. She looks up at the stairs, but thinking better heads for the dining room. Billy is on the porch going nuts trying to get into the house. Frustrated, he moves along the porch to the windows looking through. He watches as the mystery man in the ghost mask chases Mary into the kitchen. Billy looks around the porch, rearing his foot back and kicking in the window.
Mary moves through the kitchen to the back door. She struggles with the lock again, as the ghost face is right behind her. She barely makes it out the back door, ending up in a large fenced in yard, with lots of oak trees lining the back. Mary flies down the back porch and into the yard, moving across it past the trees and shrubs. She looks behind her to find nothing. She scans the yard, seeing that the figure had completely disappeared.
She stops, catching her breath, then peers from behind the tree. She slowly moves from behind the tree when she hears a noise in the darkness. She spins around, still making her way around the tree. "You don't know what I'm capable of.. you're making a mistake.. fucking with me." Mary mostly says this to reassure herself. She ends up walking right into a figure, she screams spinning around to find herself face to face with CiCi's body, hanging from a tree, bloody and her stomach a ripped up mess. She screams, stepping back into the arms of Stu, who Billy had called when he heard. She turns around screaming. "Shh. it's okay.. it's just me." Stu takes her into his arms, holding her tightly, reassuring her and comforting her as she holds on for dear life.
Stu pulled Mary away from him lightly, seeing her tear stained cheeks. Billy walked up behind the pair, with fury filling his eyes, seeing his friend upset, meanwhile the boys looked at each other in concern, before Mary began to talk. "Whoever it is... he knows. He knows what we did.." The three looked at each other, concerned and shocked about the nights events and the fact that someone, not knowing who, had figured them out.
