-With Mary-

In an old, preserved and large tiered theatre, a rehearsal is in progress. Several actors were on stage center running lines as stagehand work on the set around them. Mary was one of them, moving around the stage, very animated. She is using a Russian accent, very convincing and perhaps a promising actress one day. "Pain..ya..such pain. Pain." The bitchy sorority girl, Lois stands up to complain, as usual.

"That's not the line, you jumped." Mary panics, looking through her script almost doubting the girl. "Shit.. did I?" Lois nods her head sarcastically at the girl, making it obvious she didn't like Mary. "Yeah.. about a page." The director off stage calls to cut scene and take a 5 minute break. The actors break up as Mary, clearly frustrated, walks across a make-shift bridge that takes her to the orchestra pit and down the stairs where Hallie sits watching -- with Mary's bodyguards scattered throughout the theatre.

"That was good." Hallie smiles at her friend supportively and enthusiastically. Mary pulls a hand through her hair, before smiling weakly back at Hallie "yeah right.." The director walks over to Mary and Hallie, suggesting that Mary take a break for the rest of the day, in which Mary nods in agreement with him. The Director smiles at her, and then asks her to work on her Russian accent.

Mary grabs her things and walks off with Hallie when she hears a voice call her name. She turns around to find Randy moving through an aisle. He had been watching the rehearsal and Mary visibly tenses up. Hallie notices, and moves to whisper in Marys ear "Who is that guy?" Mary snaps out of her daydream before looking over at her friend. "It's okay.. I'll meet you outside." Hallie almost refuses, before Mary convinces her that she will be fine, with her body guards being close by. Hallie reluctantly nods, heading up the aisle and out of the theatre.

"What do you want." She was expecting Randy to yell at her for trying to kill him, to scream and call her out, report her. Anything. Except now, he looked guilty, which was not something that she had expected at all. "I'm sorry Mary, please. I never should have gone along with Giselle. I know I'm stupid. I wish I had some good reason to give you Mary, but I'm just stupid. Please don't be mad at me." Mary looked at him dumbfounded, confused on what he was talking about. "You're not mad at me...? Anyways.. you're working for her now?"

Randy looked at her, also dumbfounded before he remembered what she was talking about. "Yeah.. I'm mad but Billy made it quite clear that I wasn't supposed to say anything about it. Anyways, yeah.. she gave me a job. It got me out of woodsboro." Mary glared at his comment, but nodded, asking him to continue. Billy still blackmailing people was news to her. "I'm sorry about Cotton and yesterday. It was a bad idea, and I knew it was a bad idea. Ah shit, Mary, I'm fucked up." Mary looks at him with a hard, long and unreadable look, making Randy nervous before a smile slowly appears on her face.

"Me too Randy, me too." Randy nods at the girl knowingly, despite not understanding still why she was the person she was. Mary looked at her old friend, a playful smirk on her face. "Wanna get out of here?" Randy nods and they head to a theatre, where Randy decides to take her to watch a viewing of the movie 'Stab' . Mary and Randy sit in the small theatre, with Mary's bodyguards close behind them. Randy looks over at the girl watching the movie, just checking if she is okay. Mary begins to grow increasingly uneasy as the movie continues on the big screen.

-With Stu & Billy-

Mickey, Stu and Billy are crowded around a table in the Student Union Cafeteria, talking about the documentary project that they have to make and finish. Stu talks about his documentary is due on Tuesday, and how he is doing it on the sorority slut. Billy suggests that he should have done it on Mary, but Stu looks at him, and makes it clear that Mary wouldn't have allowed it.  "She wouldn't let me Billy." Mickey nods understanding the girls point of view. "Not with Primetime Live and 20/20 coming at her. I'd save my shit too."

Hallie comes waltzing up to the group, after her class. Stu looks up at the girl, and looks around her wondering where Mary is. "Hallie, you weren't supposed to leave her alone."  Hallie looked at her friends boyfriend and shrugged before sitting down. "I didn't say she was alone. That guy from you guys' hometown- Randy- showed up and they went off together." Stu and Billy made eye contact, Billy obviously pissed off and Stu wondering how far Randy would take it to make her confess to something else.

Hallie plops down next to Mickey, and they kiss each other deeply before going into a conversation about Mary and her previous relationship with Randy. "There wasn't a relationship.. they were just friends." Stu got on the defensive side quickly, causing a glare from Billy. Stu exchanged the glare, and the boys turned back to the conversation when Mickey asked if Mary was in therapy. Billy shrugged at the boy "She was.. gave it up." Mickey snorted, almost a laugh but almost not. "I need therapy."

Suddenly Mickey jumps on top of the cafeteria table, causing everyone to look at him, before singing directly at Hallie. Hallie looks down embarrassed, as the rest of the friend group, and everyone else in the cafeteria begin to sing with him. Hallie couldn't help but be touched by her boyfriends actions, and as he stops he pulls a necklace out and puts it around her neck.

Mary and Randy continued to watch the movie at the theatre , the guards behind them too engrossed in what was going on on the screen. The final words sting Mary, about her sister calling her mom a slut. Randy takes notice to this, as Mary flinches and tears begin to run down her face. Eventually, Mary can't take it anymore, getting up and racing out of the theatre.

Mary emerges from the theatre and into the lobby, moving into a curtained section where the water fountain is. She looks up and sees Randy flying out of the theatre, looking for her - the cops right behind him. "Hello Mary." Mary spins around, seeing Cotton Weary standing right in front of her, his shoulders slumped and his face pained. "Cotton." Marys face turns cold, her eyes icy, causing Cotton to look down. "I don't think its a good idea that we talk."

Cotton looked at her, his expression never wavering, and almost like he didn't care about the icy look in the girls eyes. "Look.. yesterday wasn't my idea. That was all Giselle and her dollar signs and ratings." Mary sighed heavily, before crossing her arms over her chest. "What do you want from me Cotton." Cotton paused, looking at the girl before asking for an apology, an apology her sister wasn't here to make.

"How? What could I say that would've made a difference. Sidney is dead. She took a year away from your life.. not me." Cotton looks at her, almost reading her. Internally, Mary panics, wondering if he knew that she helped frame him. "I wish it was just a year. I lost everything because of your twin. I have nothing now." Cotton's voice deepens, becoming intimidating, a long silence is exchanged between them.

"Cotton, there isn't a day that I'm not reminded of what my sister has done." More silence was welcomed between the two of them. Mary could see the anger brooding in the mans eyes, before he started to angrily laugh. "I just thought that if I saw you in person, it'd help." Mary sarcastically shook her head at him, asking if it helped. He shook his head no, but moved towards her and spoke harshly. "No, but it made me realize one thing. You are a self obsessed bitch just like your mother and your sister." With that, Cotton flips on a dime, his face turning evil. Mary races by him as he throws his arm out stopping her just as the two police guards appear.

The guards throw Cotton against the wall, just as Randy appears by the girls side again. "Are you okay?" Mary nods at the boy, caught off guard by not only Randy seemingly forgiving her, but also Cotton being rearrested. They do a body search on Cotton, pulling out a large revolver, and Cotton smiles at the girl in satisfaction and evil.

Mary and Randy walk up the stairs to the school library, the ever helping guards dragging loosely behind them. "Thanks for the movie, Randy.." Randy smiled sadly at the girl in front of her. He truly believed that she had been manipulated by Billy to kill Sidney, and her pops. "Anytime. Sorry it sucked. It just had that been there done that feeling." Mary watches as Randy shoves off of the wall, disappearing across campus. Mary turns around to find Derek leaning against a light pole.
