Four words. Life has been so good. I lied maybe five words, but you get what's I'm trying to say. Ever since Jordan's departure from Milwaukee, I got a secretary job in my dad's office to keep me busy. The pay is very good and that's not because I'm his daughter. I would come in during my "free period" I have at the end of the day and leave when he does so we can go home together.

With senior year being almost over, I have heard back from all the colleges that I have applied to and made a decision. It's probably obvious, but I'm just excited that I got an acceptance letter from all the colleges I applied to.

When I told my parents, we made a map of every school and listed all the pros and cons. Of course they already had a school in mind, but wanted me to make this decision since this will carve my future moving forward.

After some consideration, I finally decided where I'm going and what major I'm pursuing. I'm scared because I'm going to be away from my family, but excited about the new opportunities that will be presented to me.

"Alright baby girl we are here."

My family along with Jordan's just finish traveling back to Indiana for his senior night. He wants my family to walk with him and his on the court, but I think he should share that moment with his family. Jordan was not hearing it and threaten to tickle me until I agreed.

Looking out of the car window I see Jordan waiting in the lobby of his dorm. My dad honks the horn and Jordan's head pops up and I can see his shiny grin through the glass. He recently got braces and this will be my second time seeing them...I'm still adjusting to the change.

"There goes my baby! Hi Mr. and Mrs. Mitchell."

"Hi Jordan, how have you been", my mom ask.

"I've been doing good just basketball and school."

"My goodness you have grown so much since the last time we saw you."

She pinches his cheeks and he blushes giving her a hug.

"I'm glad you guys are finally here. How was the drive?"

"It was good, Nova drove majority of the way. I switched with her once we stopped at a gas station an hour out."

"You drove majority of the way baby?"

"Yeah and I know I did good because my mom was passed out in the back seat."

"Girl hush I was tired. I told you I was up all night packing and making sure everyone's bags had what they needed."

"Whatever you say mom", I giggle.

I head to the back so I can get my bags and settle myself in Jordan's room.

"Now you know when I'm around you're not suppose to lift a finger."

"You were talking to my parents I didn't want to disrupt you."

"Mmmmm your mom said you had some news for me."

"Oh yeah."

I dig into my backpack pulling out the letter Michigan sent in my acceptance package two months ago. My eyes watch as his emotions shift while he scanned the letter. He folds the piece of paper stuffing it in the pocket of his sweat pants.

"You're coming to Michigan with me."

"I'm coming to Michigan with you."

"And they gave you a full ride! Baby that's amazing I'm so proud of you! I saw the letter was dated in January why are you just now telling me."

"I wanted to tell you in person."

"You saw me last month."

"Baby we barely did any talking the last time we saw each other."
