"We've got to get her out of here." she whispered.

I nodded, standing up and taking Iris bridal style in my arms.

Wanda walked ahead of me, using her scarlet red powers to push the dead bodies out of the way, giving us a clear path.

We helped each other to the car, carefully placing Iris in the backseat.

Wanda turned to look at me, giving me a reassuring smile, before turning to leave.

"Wait. Do you want to come with us?" I offered.

"Really?"

"Of course, we owe you, and I want to help you." I said.

She smiled, hugging me, catching me a little off guard.

"Thank you!" she whispered.

"No thank you." I stated, pulling away and wiping the tears from her eyes.

"You ok to drive?" I asked, wanting to be with my love in the back.

"I'm 18, and I've been stuck here since I was 12, soo." she said guiltily
"I'm sorry."

"No no, it's ok! Can you look after Iris while I drive us?" I asked, trying not to let the panic set in.

"I can." she said, climbing into the back and supporting Iris' head on her lap.

I took a deep breath, climbing into the driver's seat and driving towards my Paris safe house.

"Any signs of her waking up yet?" I asked hopefully, after a while of driving.

Wanda shook her head sadly.

"No, but I can try look into her mind, if you like, I can read minds." she offered.

I smiled back at her and nodded, watching in the rear view mirror as hand placed her hand on Iris' forehead.

Her face contorted in concentration, then changing to a look of complete confusion. She looked up at me, her eyes meeting mine in the reflection.

"There's nothing there. It's like, she's alive, but no one's home" she sighed.

At this point, I could feel my heart in my throat, desperately trying not to show my worry for Wanda's sake. I instead, reassured her that it was probably just because she was unconscious, but as the minutes ticked by, my worry grew and grew.

After rescuing Iris from Scorpia, I'd cut all my ties, going completely off the grid, meaning I had no one to call, no doctors to help. I couldn't even take her to the hospital, not having a reasonable way to explain the situation, or the fact that neither of us technically existed according to the government.

I sighed as I realised I only had one option.

I punched the number into my phone, resting it on my shoulder as I drove.

"Да"

"Yelena, I need your help."

"Look who came back to her little sister." she teased, but I could only think about one thing.

"Yelena I need a doctor. Iris is hurt, bad, I need you to get me someone to help her." I pleaded desperately.

"Why should I waste my time helping her?" she scoffed.

"Because I need you to. Yelena if she dies, I die. If you ever cared for me, or loved me, you'd understand that I need her, just as much as you needed me all those years ago."

"Fine, I know a guy." she sighed

"Oh god! Thank you! Thank you! I'll send you the address."

"See you in a bit sis."
