Barclaycard Arena – Hamburg

Can I just say, I really missed this? I know it hasn't been that many shows that I wasn't at, but you forget how different each one of your shows feel. You told me last year that you wanted to provide a space for your fans to forget everything outside of the few hours they're with you. That you want them to have a few hours of getting to be whoever, or whatever they want to be. That is what it truly has become. I have given up trying to stay backstage for the entire show. I didn't actually go inside the ticketed area though. The arena was set up with rows of chairs so it wasn't as easy to blend into the crowd. I think my favorite part tonight was Just a Little Bit of Your Heart. I don't think the crowd heard you say, "Hamburg, I'm a fool for you." I'm sorry, I cackled. It was just so cheesy. My least favorite? I really don't think I can pick out a least favorite portion of the show itself. I'm just incredibly proud of you. Like, for real, the fact everything you've talked about wanting over the last 2 years is starting to happen just amazes me. I see how hard you work and everything you give, not just at the shows but between them as well... you're just really amazing and I hope you never stop striving to be the best version of yourself every day.

Olympiahalle – Munich

Purple... mustard... its just so good. I feel terrible because I didn't take a damn picture last night. At least you have Helene's so it isn't a total fail. I went out and bought a polaroid today though for the pre and post show shots, so... I got that. I did stay backstage this time. I don't know if I like it though. It's a different view, for sure. I've seen your crew work hard before and after your shows, but I got to watch them in the wings tonight, and it was something else. They are all so determined and I think I might have made their job harder? I tried to stay out of the way but wasn't successful. You threw in your German counting every chance you got. I do think this Stockholm was the loudest of the tour so far. I have to say my favorite part of the night was seeing the fan project from the stage. They lit the arena in a rainbow with their flashlights during JALBH and it was just beautiful. So... after tonight, I might have to take back my statement of Kiwi being the favorite live song. When you played Medicine.. they were all singing and dancing. My least favorite was being backstage during your B stage set. Its such a beautiful moment and I hate missing your expressions during the little moments within it. Mitch got me in trouble because he talked to me. Will you ask him not to do that anymore? I'm kidding, it was funny. Nikola was the fan coming to 5 more shows during the UK leg. I'm only writing that because I want to find her. Don't tell anyone. I did like the little dance we did together during WMYB. Anyway, here are the pictures I got tonight. Pre-show you were pouting because I told you I couldn't play hide and seek during the show anymore. Mid Show was the fan project with rainbow lights. Post-show is literally on the plane just now. We are going to Barcelona. I'm excited because we have a few days off and I've never been! Ok, I promise not to turn this into a journal or diary... maybe? K, love you, bye.
