Chapter 23: Friends Will Always Be By Your Side

Hey guys, I'm back, as promised, and unfortunatly, since the break is coming to an end, this will be the last chapter I'm going to post during my break. I will still post while im in school, it just won't be as frequent. Anyway, thanks for the support and I'll get to the chapter!!!

Continuing from the last chapter...

I woke up earlier than the rest of my friends and boyfriend, so I decided to check up on them. First, I entered the room that Anthony shared with Hop, and I tucked them in so that they wouldn't catch a cold. Then I entered Ash's room and adjusted his sleeping position so he wouldn't fall off the bed, and I tucked him and Pikachu in. Then I entered Y/n's room only to find that she wasn't there. You ran to the balcony, and saw that the door leading to the balcony was left open, the curtains blowing in the wind, as the moon's light poured down on me. In shock, I yelled right away "Y/N, SHES GONE!!!"

Hop and Anthony ran out of their room with Ash and Pikachu not far behind them as they stood next to you in their pajamas, half awake as they stood in shock, staring at the open door as the curtains blew in the wind.

"When did you find out about this?" Ash asked.

"Just now," I said, I woke up early and decided to check on you guys, only to find that Y/n wasn't in her room.

"Well knowing her, theres 2 places shes most likely at," Anthony said.

"One is the forest," Serena said.

"The other is Lee's hospital room," Hop finished.

"Alright guys, lets get changed and head over there now," Ash said, as everyone followed his instructions and ran to their rooms and put on their regular clothes, grabbed their pokeballs and pokemon and ran out of the hotel room.

As we raced out of the hotel's lobby, we decided on a plan.

"When I checked Y/n's room, she had taken her pokeballs with her, and her pokeballs were in her backpack, and her pajamas were neatly folded on her bed." I said. "It's obvious from this that she had planned to return and planned to leave, but she would be out for a while, which is why she folded her pajamas and took her pokeballs."

"I say we go together to go find Y/n. There are only two places where she is, and splitting up could cause a problem. We dont want this to go on the news." Ash said.

"I agree," Hop and Anthony said in agreement.

"But I say we check Leon's hospital room first," Anthony said. "Yesterday, she made it obvious that she wanted to stay with Leon longer, but didn't want her friends to watch her as she let her emotions out." 

"Alright lets go there," Ash said, as he started running, and everyone followed him. As we neared the hospital, we were stopped at the door. "It's locked," Ash said.

"That means she might not be there," Hop said. 

"I know Y/n's here," I said, "I've been her best friend for so long, trust me, I know her," I said, speaking up.

"I agree with Serena," Anthony said, "I grew up with Y/n, though she is busy, we've always been very close, and I think I sense her, somehow. She's here. Knowing her, she probably snuck through the window with one of her flying pokemon."

"Let's take a look then," Ash said. 

"Alright, then," I said as I took out a pokeball of a pokemon I had recently caught. "Togekiss, can you check if the window of Leon's room is open?" I asked, as Togekiss nodded and flew over immediatly to check. As it flew back, it nodded.
