Part 20

This whole week has been great. The day after everything happened, Danny and I walked to school together and just... talked about our feelings. It wasn't awkward or weird at all acutally. He sat with me at lunch, helped with my classes, the usual things. We've been doing that ever since. We decided to make our "Relationship" official, not that anyone cared. Brian always gives us dirty looks in the hallway, then I cough and call him a tool, and then Danny gives him a threatening look that makes him walk away. Danny is my best friend and boyfriend. He's amazing. I really haven't felt this happy in a long time. I can talk about anything with him. I couldn't ask for more. This summer, his family invited me to come to their beach house they rented not far from here. Of course, I accepted quickly, knowing that this was our last summer to see each other before college. So yes, life is pretty good at the moment.
