High School Musical - Next Gen

-SUMMERS POV-

"Cut! We begin again in 5!" I yell into the megaphone, all the people on the cranes come down and people starting chatting among themselves.

"Your husband and kids are asking permission to come in ma'am" Betty, my PA says and I gape at her.

"The outside world is not prison, Betty, let them in!" I say to her with the 'your a crazy alien' face.

"Right away Ma'am" she curtsies and stumbles away.

"Quit the curtsies and my name is Summer!" I yell, then noticing everyone looking at me.

"Chocolate milk?" a boy, around 20, asks and I smile at him before taking it.

"Whats your name?" I ask and he looks at me blankly "Excuse me, whats your name" I ask again kindly.

"Keagan, Ma'am" He says with a polite nod.

"My names Summer" I hold out my hand for him to shake and he shakes it hesitantly.

"Not to be rude- uh- do I call you Summer?" He asks and I nod and smile "Why are you talking to me?"

"You don't come off as the type of person that wants to be working as a waitress" I shrug and take a sip of my milkshake.

"Well I actually want to be an actor, a holly wood star, but you have to start from the bottom" He says starting to feel more comfortable around me. I smile and grab the notebook from out of my pocket, I write down a date, time, and address, titling it 'TV show audition'.

"I don't know why but something about you feels...inspirational" I explain and he grins at me before thanking me and walking away. "Good kid" I whisper to myself and I feel both my legs stiffen and warm patches wrapping around them.

"Mummy" The warm patches scream and I giggle then they let go.

"I've missed you guys" I crouch down and embrace my beautiful little boys in a hug before picking my 2 year old up and holding my 4 year old's hand and walking over to 'Daddy'.

"I've missed you" Max says in a husky voice before kissing me. I almost drop Hamish and I smile into the kiss.

"I love you" I whisper and I look down to see that Sammy (Samuel) has let go of my hand and is now covering his eyes.

I giggle and kiss his head before putting Hamish down. "Lets go get lunch" Max smiles and grabs my hand, Sam holds Hamish's hand and I stop after taking a new steps.

"Wait one second" I say and run back to my chair, I pick up the megaphone and go back to Sam and Hamish "Tell everyone..." I point to the microphone part of the megaphone "to go have lunch, ready, big voice" I say and then hold down the button.

"GO HAVE LUNCH EVERYBODY" they yell at the top of their lungs and I laugh.

"You heard them" I laugh into the microphone because everyone is just staring blankly in our direction.

"How did you feel after your game last week? Sorry I had to leave" I say with a sympathetic smile and Max shakes his head while swallowing another bite of his massive burger.

"Sick, but we won so its all goods, and don't be sorry, it happens" He shrugs and kisses me on the forehead.

"Ewy" Sammy and Hamish say with faces of disgust.

"What do you guys want to eat? Nuggets, Hamburger, Spaghetti or Mini pizza?" I read the kids menu and their faces light up with excitement.

"Mini Pizza" Sam grins his adorable toothless grin.

"You lost another tooth, you're such a big boy" I mess up his hair. I then look over at Hamish whom has his arms crossed and his 'angry face' on.

"Whats wrong buddy?" Max asks and Hamish grunts.

"No one- hafbjfsj- what I want" He says (hes still learning to talk) and I giggle.

"What do you want?" I ask with a questioning face.

"A hamburger" He nods smugly and Sammy starts cracking up.

"Whats so funny" I chuckle looking at Max with a face saying 'whats this kid on'.

"Ham is going to eat a Ham-burger" He laughs and I cant help but laugh at his adorable play on words.

"He is too" I smile and I look at Max who is smiling and shaking his head while putting another fry in his mouth.

"That's funny" Max says once he swallows his fry.

I love my family. Dad is retired and living in California, he's opened an auto repair shop. And unfortunately all my grandparents have passed away. On my Dads side they had a tragic car crash and the whole road eventually was lit up by candles from sympathetic people and my mums mum passed of cancer and my mums dad passed away of old age. May they rest in peace.

Damien is married, and divorced, and married again. He went to college but decided to try out football and now he is playing on the big screen. Hes got five kids and owns a massive house.

Kat went on to Marry her boyfriend from her old school and they are living in Vegas as Acting teachers in one of the world's biggest performing arts school.

Danielle is a receptionist in a fancy hotel but Logan isn't having much fun as a Primary school PE teacher.

Luke is surprisingly a chef in his own Restaurant, who would have known?

Everything worked out amazingly and I love all my friends and Family dearly.
