-SUMMERS POV-

"And then" Max rolls his eyes "we ended up kiss. let me just say I would have rather kissed a dogs ass than her! The taste wouldn't get out of my mouth and it was just, gross" he closes his eyes and shivers.

"Yes" Kat makes the victory fist.

"Did she like it though?" I ask.

He shrugs "I guess, she didn't complain" all of a sudden my gut drops. Why you ask? I have no clue.

"Oh" I nod "cool" I fake smile and walk to the couch and whip out my phone.

"I'm going to go have a shower" Max points to the door.

"Bye" Kat says and Max leaves.

"What's up?" Kat asks, she lifts my head, sits under me and places my head on her lap.

"You know how I wasn't sure weather I liked Max or not?" my voice is in a soft 'I'm almost going to cry' tone.

"Yeah" Kat plays with my hair, gosh she is such a good friend.

"And you know how the plan was to make Danielle jealous?" I put my phone away.

"Yes" Kat continues playing with my hair.

"Well I know I like Max" I say.

"How do you know?" Kat asks.

"Because I'm the one getting jealous" I tear up a little.

"Oh baby girl everything will be alright" Kat says probably getting emotional along with me.

"But you don't know that, like for all we know he does like her and was just pretending to hate it" I say and grab the tissue box off the floor.

Kat starts to giggle "what?" I ask wiping the tears off my cheeks.

"Trust me bub, everything will turn out fine" She giggles and turns on the TV.

"Ok" I say weirded out a little.

"So I walk into my room and my beds- wow why are you crying again? She just turned the Kardashians on" Max points at the TV.

"Laughing so hard I cried" I huff a smile onto my lips and wipe the tissue under my nose.

"Interesting" he crinkles his eyebrows and walks out like it was just an awkward moment. I didn't this it felt awkward. His muscles were showing through that t-shirt and his eyes had a hint of amusement in them and what the hell is with me?

I shake my head so that my thoughts would do what they do in movies, just kind of poof out of existence. It didn't work.

"Tell him! Kiss him! Love him!" Yells the devil on my shoulder.

"Don't do that" the angel on my other shoulder shakes her head "wait until after you pull off the revenge"

"What the hell! Just tell him. What's the worst that could happen?" The devil replies.

"Are you seriously going to trust the man with the pitch fork and the horns and the spear tail? He just screams crazy psyco." The angel looks at the devil with wide eyes.

"You don't need to always follow the rules, do something a little crazy for once!" Satan chuckles.

"You don't always follow the rules, trust me I'm pretty disgusted when you don't follow the rules" the angel rolls her eyes.

"Just do what your heart tells you" Satan says and disappears.

"He doesn't even have a heart but just do what you think is right" The angel asks and vanishes.
