Pat Halstead had been in prison for about six years. And Jay was doing everything he could to get him out.

"Listen. Can't I just come see him?" Jay asked.

Jay paced the breakroom, and spoke again.

"He's my dad. Pat Halstead." Jay sighed.

Overhearing. Hank walked into the room.

"Fine! But, It's your fault if he dies." Jay replied.

Jay hanged up, and placed the phone down.

"Steady on. Jay." Hank spoke up.

Jay looked at Hank, and put his head down.

"He shouldn't of got sent down." Jay shook his head.

Hank put his hand on Jay's shoulder, and spoke.

"Hey. We're gonna fix this. Your dad's a good man. Everybody knows it." Hank explained.

Jay smiled, and walked out of the breakroom.

Later on in the day. Jay was meeting with Hank's Ci.

"You Skills?" Jay asked.

Skills nodded, and walked up.

"Depends who's asking." Skills replied.

Jay stuffed his hands in his pockets, and spoke.

"I'm Jay. Pat's son." Jay introduced.

Skills sized Jay up, and spoke.

"Yeah. Hank mentioned you..." Skills nodded.

Jay nodded, and spoke.

"Listen. My Dad's been sent down the tubes for something his friends did. So, Can you help me out?"  Jay questioned.

Skills nodded, and replied.

"Yeah. How much you need?" Skills asked.

Jay smirked, and answered.

"10K. Enough to get the hitmen off my dad's back." Jay answered.

Skills smirked, and responded.

"You got a deal." Skills smiled.

Jay shook hands with Skills, and asked a question.

"So, How'd you know Erin?" Jay wondered.

Skills chuckled, and answered.

"Well. Back at Tree Hill. We were tight. We clicked." Skills licked his lips.

Jay chuckled softly, and walked back to his truck.

Soon. Erin and Jay were at the apartment. And Jay was awake.

Done! Payment in full.

Jay sighed, he forgot about how much he owed.

"Who was that?" Erin asked.

Jay looked over, and made up a lie.

"Umm. Just Will. Asking if he wants to go out for some drinks, tomorrow!" Jay lied.

Erin nodded, and cuddled into Jay's warm body.

"Come on. Go to sleep. You look tired." Erin whispered.

Jay nodded, and fell asleep.
