It was Jay's birthday, and Mouse was trying to do a surprise party, without Jay knowing.

"So, I can borrow your car?" Mouse asked.

Erin nodded, and wrote in Jay's birthday card.

"Yes. But do it after I signed the card. Or he'll think someone's stolen my car." Erin explained.

Mouse nodded, and took the card.

"Thanks!" Mouse smiled.

Jay walked in, and looked at the two.

"What are you thanking Erin for?" Jay questioned.

Erin looked at Mouse, who looked back at her.

"Just, that I can borrow her car." Mouse replied.

Jay could tell something fishy was going on, and he was gonna get to the bottom of it.

"Something's going on." Jay smirked.

Erin shook her head, and left the locker room.

Once Erin left. Jay looked at Mouse.

"You better not be planning me a surprise party..." Jay spoke quietly.

Mouse shook his head, and lied.

"I'm not." Mouse lied.

Jay nodded, and left the locker room.

Soon. Mouse was grabbing the cake, and walking back to the car.

"'Excuse me..." Yates whispered.

Mouse turned round, and got knocked out.

"Night." Yates smirked.

Yates opened the car door, and placed Mouse in the backseat.

Once Mouse was in. Yates shut the door, and walked to the driver's side.

Yates looked at the cameras, and got into the car.

Yates drove off, and took a sharp turn out of the car lot.

Back at the district. Erin and Jay were walking upstairs.

"Good! Mouse. Go through any footage, which links Yates's to the crime scene." Hank ordered.

When Mouse didn't speak. Hank got worried.

"Where's Mouse?" Hank asked.

Jay looked at the desk, and saw no one.

"He should've been back by now." Erin whispered.

Jay walked to his desk, and picked up his phone.

"Voicemail." Jay spoke up.

Hank slammed the open drawers shut, and sighed.

Jay Jolted, and put the phone down.

"Look, we don't know if Yates's has him...?" Erin shrugged.

Hank looked at Erin, and spoke.

"We know. Yates's has him." Hank nodded.

Jay leant against Erin's desk, and sighed.

"Look, this isn't your fault." Erin whispered.

Jay looked up, and spoke.

"It is. Mouse went out because of me." Jay whispered.

Erin sighed, and rubbed Jay's shoulder.

Kim and Sean walked upstairs, and Kim looked at Jay.

"Well? Spit it out!" Jay ordered.
