In the omegaverse I see this book is a little different from what you may have read before.
In many ways it will be the same however in most books after marking your mate they would spend the rest of their lifes with said mate. However in my book if you decide to leave your mate it will not sever the bond however it will weaken. When completely weakened you can decide to mark another thus breaking the previous bond.
In this story you get your secondary gender at the age of 5.
Your mate is who you decide it to be there is no real soulmates only metaphorical ones.
I can write smut but i can't promise it will be good.
In this story Alphas, Betas and Omegas have no heirarchy everyone is equal.
There will be Alphas that are complete dicks but other than that is should be safe.
