AFTER an intense water fight shared between gabriella and chris, they all controlled their laughter and decided to get out of the pool. gabriella had her hands on sebastian's floaties in the shallow while chris put his two hands on the floor concrete and pushed himself out of the pool. gabriella swallowed nothing but air as she watched him.
chris got out of the pool sopping wet, his white work shirt clearly see through. he shook his head like a wet dog to let out all the excess water and then pushed back the hair out of his face.
gabriella couldn't help but stare at his body — his whole figure clear to the visible eye due to how soaked he was. chris looked up, seeing gabriella stare at everything on him but his face. yet, he didn't think much of it. gabriella has not done one flirty thing to chris to make him think a certain way, he though to himself.
"here i grabbed you guys towels." chris said, holding out a towel for gabriella. sebastian and her walked up the footsteps of the pool in the shallow area. thankfully, she didn't wear a color that would be see through. yet, her bra wire was still outlined through her shirt with how much her clothes were sticking to her body.
gabriella thanked chris, as he wrapped sebastian up like a little burrito with the towel. why did treating a child well make a man ten times more attractive? — gabriella thought to herself. she could tell how tired he was from work and yet he still acted like he had all the energy in the world to make sebastian happy.
they all walked inside after they start to get dry. "am i still taking you two out for dinner?" chris asked. gabriella caught a glimpse of his dark eye bags after he said that.
"chris, you look very tired. i don't think we should go out." gabriella replied, "how about you take a shower and i can make us all food here. i mean look at this kitchen, and i am sure you have some ingredients i can create a yummy meal with, okay?" she added.
chris smiled at the towel wrapped girl. he appreciated that all she truly was trying to do was make his life easier. "that sounds.. actually really good, thank you." chris said.
sebastian looked up at the two, staring at whichever was talking. "gabwiella a chef?" he asked, causing both gabriella and chris to start laughing.
"alright kid, lets wash off that pool water off you." chris said as he made sebastian's hair all messy with his hand, "gabriella, you can shower in the guest bathroom. i can find you a spare of clothes don't worry. i wouldnt want you in those wet clothes." he added. gabriella nodded at him, following the dad and son upstairs.
the guest bathroom was just on the other end of chris' master bathroom. she locked the door from behind her and started to undress herself out of the wet and chlorine smelling clothes. she twisted the shower knob, letting the hot water slide down her bare skin.
she tried to smack the vision of chris coming out of the water out of her head, as she applied shampoo and conditioner to her hair. she started thinking to herself how a couple months ago, she would never envision herself in the house of the man her and nyla found deeply attractive from just across the park.
yet here she was — his nanny, showering in his guest bathroom and his son already attached to her. she caught herself smiling in the shower.
she tip toed out of the shower and wrapped the towel around her body, tucking the tip of the towel in to secure it. gabriella realized chris never ended up giving her the spare clothes. she tried to call chris' name out to get his attention yet no response. she felt awkward walking out wet and with only a towel but that was her only option.
as she walked through the hallway, chris and her bumped into eachother. she quickly held onto her towel for dear life.
"i-im so sorry, chris! i didn't see you com-" gabriella was cut off by chris, his eyes looked at her face and quickly went down to her body.
"it's okay." he grinned. he could easily tell how embarrassed she was with how red her cheeks got — he found it cute.
"and don't get so red, it's too adorable for me." chris mumbled. that statement caused her to increase in color.
"chris!" she gasped out.
"gabriella please, i am only three years older than you. don't make me seem like a sixty year old man hitting on you." he replied.
