Mindy's sitting on my bed beside me as I rise from my deep slumber; I don't remember how I got here, I guess Mindy or Kat carried me up here after mum knocked me to the ground last night. "Ow... My checks killing me" I groaned "well I'm afraid there nothing I can do about it Stella, I just came in to tell you that your mother was called into the company building about a half hour ago so it's just you and me." Replied Mindy. She left the room to let me get dressed in peace and left the door ajar, I stumbled to my wardrobe still overwhelmed about how much my cheek was in pain and picked out a knee length neon yellow dress from my spring collection even though it was mid-autumn I just didn't feel like wearing a dull wooly cardigan and boots. Jenny was dusting away at the bookshelf in one of our many, many hallways when I skipped past heading for the kitchen, as I turned the Corner I halted to see Kat crouched down next to a empty laundry basket where on a day to day basis a full basket should be replacing it, Kat always collects dirty clothes on a Wednesday but this Wednesday was different. I slowly say next to her and I looked into her eyes which were filling up with tear then I watched one plummet to my hand and slide off my thumb, she notices I'm there and snuffled "oh, Stella I'm fine don't worry about me" but I was worried, Kat could normally power through a day with hardly any emotions expressing themselves so I asked " what the matter?" She didn't reply for a couple of seconds "I'm just remembering bad times in my life and things I wish I didn't do." I didn't know if she wanted to tell me what but I thought sometimes getting it all out help so I proceeded by saying "like what?" I was curious to hear her answer but instead she instantly got up then sprinted in even more tears to her bedroom, leaving me worried on the floor wondering if I crossed the line.

In the kitchen Bruce was slicing strawberries for pudding later on, guessing strawberry cheesecake. Bruce could feel my presence "Stella, Please may you pass me the cup of sugar?" He then pointed towards a small red tinted glass by the toaster full to the brim of glistening sugar. I was walking up to it when something crusty and dark blue caught my eye, it was last nights pudding a blueberry pie! The blueberries were pouring out the sides of it onto a squared white and golden plate. "What's taking you so long?" Questioned Bruce before turning round to see me with my eyes fixed on the last slice of pie. "Oh I'm sorry Stella but your farther told me to save it of him when he gets up." This disappointed me but I couldn't think about eating anything else so after handing over the sugar trying to look the littlest bit suspicious as possible while doing it, I waited till Bruce had his back to me and the pie and tiptoed towards it, snatched it off its plate then ran to my back garden.

After stuffing the whole thing down my throat so Bruce couldn't blame me for its disappearance on the porch, I didn't know what to do therefore I was sitting there for about thirty minutes getting my face in the sun until I spotted a frisbee engulfed in the sand pit. I called on Jenny who laid a kitchen towel onto a puddle in front of the porch steps letting me passed and elegantly went to get the frisbee. "Please can you play with me Jenny?" I pleaded while doing the puppy dog face, she said "yes Stella I will play with you but only for five minutes because I have a lot of jobs that need fulfilling before you mum arrives" this didn't bother me much because after about seven throws my last one flew all the way over our hedge and into the six miles of forest on the other side. "Oh that's a shame, I guess you will have to forget about that frisbee now." Sighed Jenny. I waited for Jenny to walk back inside before I jogged to the hedge trying to figure out if there is any way of getting it back when I spotted a hole in the hedge the size of a bin on its side. I was in the process of crawling through when Mindy called me in for lunch.
