E/c eyes flashed as Y/n remembered. "Papa!" Your hand curled in his scarf as you whirled on him. "Eri! Is Eri okay?"

Aizawa huffed as he gently pulled your hand away from his scarf. "She alright, but she's isolated, in case her quirk activates. And has been unconscious since coming here." He looked to the side with an awkward smile, sweat-dropping. She almost choked me, he thought.

You deflated slightly, a weight lifting from your shoulders. "That's good to hear." You stopped short and snapped your attention back to him. "Don't worry, Midoriya and the others are safe," he cut in before you could ask.

You sighed again. Thank God they're all safe, you thought.

"What about you?"

Y/n internally flinched at the new voice, not recognizing it right away. "I'll be okay, don't worry," you trailed off when you realized who you were talking to, "T...Todoroki?"

You slightly gawked up at him, taking a minute to process his presence. Your eyes widened as you shot up. "Todoroki!"

He blinked before a small smile grazed his lips. "Yeah, it's me," he said softly, voice light as his worry dispersed. He stared at you tenderly, causing your cheeks to flush as you looked away. "I'm glad you aren't." Gone, he thought as a shadow fell over his eyes. "Hurt anymore," he said instead.

Your hand grazed the bandages around your neck. You frowned as you remembered slicing your neck. It was painless, you thought. Y/n closed her eyes, and Eri rewinded me.

A hand pulled your fingers from the bandages, Todoroki's other hand wrapping over your clasped hands. You watched, surprised and confused, as he lowered his head. You were worried too now, "Todoroki?" you said softly, leaning closer, tilting your head and trying to read his expression.

He pressed your enclosed hand against his forehead. "Please never...do that again," he whispered. His hands trembled, and you felt a pang in your heart. As you gazed at him, a look of sorrow washed over your face. To think someone other than Aizawa and Momo cared so much about me, you thought. You wrapped your arms around him, not knowing how much it had hurt him.

The thought that you'd disappear forever and never come back.

Unlike Midoriya, he didn't see your lifeless body on the ground as blood gushed from your neck.

But now, he could see it clear as day, as if he was right there.

And it terrified him.

What was worst his last words to you before you had disappeared for the mission were so cold and heartless. Todoroki crumbled into your arms, relishing in the warmth you emitted. He wrapped his arms around you, hands fisting the back of the hospital shirt. "Y/n," he whispered, voice quivering so much you barely understood what he said.

"I..." he trailed off, his voice leaving him. He squeezed you tighter as he buried his face into your chest. "Never mind." You stared down at Todoroki, confused, as you patted his head. A smile grazed your lips as you softly chuckled. He's acting like a little kid. How cute!

The entire time Aizawa watched, getting pissed with each passing second. He had his eyes closed as he gritted his teeth, arms crossed.

Stay calm, Shota. Stay calm, he thought. He opened his eyes to see Todoroki's head buried in his daughter's chest.

Aizawa's hair flew up as his eyes flashed red. THIS—

Y/n turned to him only to see him smiling, little flowers around him. One thought went through his head, and she could hear it clear as day.
