6: The Beast Within

❖A/n: Just letting you guys know that I'll be switching the Pov's a lot during the battle training a ⟐ will indicate a change. It'll usually be from Yaoyorozu's, your's, or third pov.

Walking through the front door Y/n knelt and pressed your hand against the cool cement. F/c symbols appeared in a circle underneath you. Closing your eyes you concentrated as ripple-like rings traveled throughout the building, undetected to the other in there. When they found Ojiro and Hagakure they rebounded, and now I know where they are. A smirk tugged at your lips as you pulled the mask over your mouth, based on the scan it seems Hagakure is searching while Ojiro will guard the weapon. You made your way to the second level where Hagakure was. You leaned against the wall, taking a deep breath, you closed your eyes and listened. Everything dulled and you could hear every little sound. Your calm breathe, insects scurrying around, the wind pushing against the building, water dripping,

and footsteps.

A faint mummer, I don't see...this level...I...check the next...

Your eye snapped open and thought, found you. Y/n pressed a button that was on the inside of her coat and disappeared from view.

''Whoa, where did she go!?'' Kirishima exclaimed when Y/n disappeared from the camera. Yaoyorozu's gaze travels to the now blank screen, did she use her quirk to teleport? No, she told me she needs a clear and precise image. My eyes widened, ''She just turned herself invisible,'' everyone turned to Yaoyorozu, ''Y/n mentioned that she added a stealth mode to her costume. Allowing her to disappear from view for 3 to 5 minutes at max.'' Everyone looked back to the screen trying to spot the girl,

''Then it's a battle of stealth, right Yaoyorozu?'' Mina asked.

''Not quite, knowing Y/n she'll go for Hagakure and render her useless, and then make her way to Ojiro,'' I replied.

''So you know Y/n well enough to predict her movements?'' I turned my gaze to the one who spoke.

Todoroki.

"Not really, she can be very unpredictable. I'm merely guessing based on her attitude to the training and on well—everything really,'' I replied sweat-dropping, not exactly sure why he asked. He turned his gaze back to the screen, ''I see.'' I can't even read this guy...

I also turned back to the screen and saw that Y/n had secured Hagakure with the capture tape. I pouted, aww I wanted to see her in action. Well, there's still Ojiro and he's pretty good at combat. But will it be enough to beat Y/n?

You tightened the tape around Hagakure's wrists, securing them behind her back. ''Ya know that was a pretty weird fight,'' you remarked.

"I know right!!,'' Hagakure exclaimed, ''We were both invisible, but I guess it was pretty one-sided.'' You got up,

''Not really since I'm not used to the whole no-body-in-sight thing, it was pretty evenly matched.'' you replied.

Y/n then made her way to the next floor where Ojiro and the weapon were. That surprisingly went well, but Ojiro will be a lot harder since his combat skills are top notch. You looked over the corner before going down the hallway. You made your way to the open door where the weapon was. Pressing yourself against the wall you peeked inside, it was mostly empty and had a giant window in the back. A few barrels and other junk lay around and in the far corner, the weapon was placed. Right in front stood Ojiro in a fighting stance waiting. You turned around to the room right next to it and went inside. You made your way to the window and opened it as quietly as possible. When it was wide enough, you jumped over the sill and onto the landing. You crept over to the other room's window, taking care so that your shadow wasn't seen.
