" Chef"

I looked up at my Traini Sue chef Caleb was done I was serious about that no business and pleasure I felt it was best to suggest him for another one just not any of mine.

" Yes?" I questioned while plating we were packed and I mean packed bigger than ever i didn't have time everyone knew there job.

" um it's a designer up there asking for you in your office"

Mr.DuPont ?

" we don't have a meeting till next week" i said to myself

" um do you need me to like write that down?"

I looked at her getting irritated

" no what you need is to PLATE!" I yelled at her before leaving out the kitchen and going upstairs to my office.

I opened the door seeing serenity sound asleep and Mr.Doupont looking down he looked up smiling seeing Me.

" I thought we wasn't till next week please don't tell me I got it messed up" I said going to look at my wall where I kept my dates.

" oh no honey sorry for coming at a busy time do you have another room I don't want to wake your daughter?"

" yes I do this way" I told him I took a look at my child seeing she was fine before closing the door.

I unlocked the next door and stepped aside for him he looked in awe at the room it was pictures of me and my son I didn't let anyone in here not even Andreas knew but not like he came to the restaurant anymore.

" so what was it you need?" I asked to keep him from asking anything

" oh I heard about the event for your husband company and I wanted to give you this dress I designed and nobody fit the dress it wasn't meant for them but then I thought about you Octavia and it will definitely fit I want you to have it" he said

" oh thank you truly I haven't even gotten to shop or get a dress made so thank you really"

" no problem I gave the dress to your driver we're still on for Sunday I know it's the day after the event but i would hope we're still on"

" yes Mr.Duopont"

" great I can't wait to meet your husband mine loves what he does"

" he and everyone else thinks so" i said he laughed at that we walked out together i closed the door locking it.

It was a lot sometimes going in there i don't even know why I made it i need to take it down.

It was a stressful day that's for sure everything was cleaned and prep for tomorrow I had a sleeping child in my hand she was tired school and ballet was a lot especially because she is moving up

She could get an early dismissal tomorrow she needs a break. I put her in the car slowly to not wake her I was going to get in but i heard my name.

" Mrs. Madden!" It was my sue chef welp.....

" yes?"

" I just wanted to say thank you for the chance really"

" wait I just wanted to let you know as well don't come back tomorrow you're not what I'm looking for thank you" I told her

I got in the car my driver closing the door I saw the color drain from her face I turned away and looked at my sleeping child as we pulled off.

Maybe i should've stopped her from saying that before I told her but I didn't want her there she wasn't what I needed I really wanted someone like Caleb but didn't have the feelings part.

We pulled in my garage and parked I got Serenity and started walking to my elevator my driver behind me holding the dress we both stepped in gosh hurry up please the door dinged I put the code in to my door opening immediately.

" thank you" I told him taking the dress from him and closing the door I went to put  Serenity in her room before going to mine and doing my night routine once that was done.

I finally got to take a look at the dress it was beautiful that's for sure I put it on i loved the pink mermaid dress the way it was nice and long and covered half of my closet was perfect I was trying to zip up the back a little struggle.

" need help?" I turned around to Andreas leaning on the door with his suit unbuttoned.

" I'm good" I told him

" you're obviously struggling"

" where was you?" I asked him

" having dinner with my parents they were asking when will we be back in Therapy"

" no time soon" I said still trying to get the dressed zipped it's not that I could't fit it no the dress was like made for me but I just couldn't reach.

" for fuck sake you're obviously struggling Octavia" Andreas said he came up behind pulling up my hair and zipped up my dress.

He let my hair drop we looked at each other through the mirror god where did we really go wrong where did we mess up I'm begging I just wanna know.

My phone went off I was going to grab it off the shelf but Andreas grabbed it and looked at it his whole vibe changed he scoffed putting the phone down and walking out.

I grabbed my phone checking it was a message from Rafael a small smile came on my face seeing it was him.

Rafael: i wanted to say thank you for the lovely date honestly haven't had one like that in years so thank you i would like you to join me for breakfast this time.

Me: I would love to I'm glad you had fun
so did I.

the little smile I had in on my face was gone what I'm doing feels okay but it doesn't what if he's not really Cheating and I'm just going out on dates.

Fuck!

I put my phone down in thought I unzipped the dress with struggle before getting it leaving me in my lace bra and patines I left out the room walking down stairs but pausing midway when i heard the one voice in hated.

" boss you left this at the office tonight I was calling you but you didn't pick up so i brought it to you and thank you for the take out tonight we was the last ones there "

Take out! What about dinner with your parents.

I walked downstairs all the way coming into view Andreas looked me up down before taking his suit jacket off and wrapping it around me.

Please you seen me in less I took it right off stepping in front of him giving Becky a fake smile.

" Becky take out huh?"

" uh it's Kira but yeah we had take out tonight we worked late why?"

" no reason thanks for his work but next time come in the morning or not at all okay" i didn't wait for her to respond as I closed the door right in her face.

I took one look at him throwing his work at him and walking upstairs.

" Wait! Octavia!"

" No you lied like always oh eating dinner with the Parents huh! You're such a fucking liar" I told him closing the door.

" Octavia I'm sorry"

" oh you're gonna be real sorry soon don't worry"
