" explain now Octavia did you go on date with this nigga to get back at Kira or something?" Andreas asked me upset

We were in a private room away from what just went down i looked at him as he looked me dead in my face anger definitely written all over it.

" no it was a blind date at a private place so it wouldn't get out okay i didn't know that was her ex husband I didn't even know she used to be married" I told him

" I didn't have sex with her for the last time what are you going to see him again?"

" obviously not are we done with this conversation your guest are waiting to talk about this new empire I had no idea about"

I was a little upset he didn't tell me because every time we open a new building or restaurant we always invest in each other but how am I supposed to invest in shit and help when I didn't know shit about it.

" we've been going through shit i didn't think you wanted to know" Andreas said a little irritation behind his voice

" I wanna know what I'm investing my money into. Andreas let me guess you still want me to invest?" I asked him

The look on his face told all

" yes"

" no not happening" I told him

" what you always do and I for yours"

" yea i didn't know shit and we are getting a divorce after all of this is over I won't invest another cent into anything" I said to him walking away I was serious I wasn't putting nothing into him

I saw Kira coming my way she walked past giving me a nasty look I payed no attention Rafael coming out the same room she was in.

" I'm sorry" he said to me

" we should't see each other again" I told him instead of acknowledging the apology.

" wait why?" He asked with a disappointed look on his face.

" I didn't know she was your ex wife  and I didn't ask so I'm not blaming you but I don't want anymore of her in my life she's already taken a big part and i know you are probably confused about what I'm saying but this is goodbye Rafael" I said walking around him back to the party

The rest of the night went smoothly Andreas didn't say anything to me on the ride home not even when we got in the house Serenity was already sleep when we got there my mom was sleeping in a guest room she had to watch her again tomorrow was my day.

" I can't believe that shit happened!" Brenda yelled she was connected to the car so I can use both of my hands.

" you're telling girl I didn't think I would see Rafael there and now I won't get to ever see him again"

" wait do you wanna keep talking to him?" Brenda asked me

" um yeah I got the attention I been needing Andreas gives all his attention to Becky it felt nice to have some attention or just keep talking to me but I refuse to have that woman anymore in my life"

" understandable actually uhhhh girl I gotta go work never ends"

" who you telling I love you bye" i said hanging up"

I was left in silence Andreas said he was gonna take his own car over to Mr. DuPont house it would look weird if we didn't come together so I would just tell them he had time finish up some last minute things at the office.
