(Reader's POV)
"I CAN NOT BELIEVE YOU LOKI!" I screamed as the two of us stormed back in the house and Loki slammed the door shut.
"Believe me? You're the one who I can't believe!" Loki snapped back.
We had just gotten back home from attending one of Tony Stark's parties at the Avengers' mansion and it really did not turn out well for Loki and I. At first, things were good. We drank a few drinks, socialized with some people, and danced a little together. Then things took a turn once Tony asked me for a dance. I had no problem with it and gladly accepted, but Loki didn't want me to. He tried to make an excuse for me to stay with him so Tony started to be Tony and cracked a few jokes that didn't settle too well with Loki. I assured him that I would just dance one song with Tony then return to his side, so he reluctantly let me go, but I could tell that what Tony said earlier was not ok with him.
The party continued on and I danced with Tony. Of course, I have to admit that Tony was on his way to being pretty drunk and said some very flirtatious things to me, but I just blew them off as jokes because I know how Tony can get. Once the song was over, I joined Loki again after I finished my dance with Tony. He knew what had gone on and was not happy, but I told him that it was nothing, so we had a few more drinks and danced together again. I tried to make Loki happier, but he still was really angry from the incident with Tony earlier. It wasn't long before Thor made his way over to talk with us which only seemed to agitate Loki more. Then Thor asked for a dance with me and before I could even answer, Loki went slam off on him. I was starting to get angry that Loki was being so selfish of me and was jealous of the others that I went ahead and agreed to dance with Thor, which only made Loki impossibly even madder. He was actually so mad that I could see some of his Jotun appearance trying to show through.
Thor, being the huge sweetheart that he is, was apologizing for making Loki so angry while we were dancing, but I assured him that it was not his fault at all and Loki was just being overly possessive of me. Once my dance with Thor was over, I joined Loki once more, hoping that he had calmed down some. Come to find out, I was very wrong.
Loki started to make smart remarks at me and it started to make me angry. I yelled at him that just because I was his lover didn't mean that he had complete possession over me. I also told him to stop being jealous and then he shouted back at me that he was not jealous of the other men. This lead to more arguing until I was in tears and we were starting to draw attention to ourselves. So I requested that we left before things got out of hand and we would draw unwanted attention to ourselves.
On the way home, Loki and I were still arguing. He was saying that I was flirting around with the other men and paying more attention to them than I was to him, which was not true. I told him that I didn't want to talk about it anymore. No matter what though, Loki would just not drop the subject. He continued to fuss about how bad I was acting at that party all the way home. He even decided to continue the damn fight as soon as we made it back into the house and that was where we were at now; screaming our heads off at each other.
"Why are you acting like this!?!" I asked angrily, "You know how Tony gets when he drinks too much!"
"You should have told him to stop messing with you then!" hissed Loki.
I scoffed, "It didn't get that bad! I know how to take care of myself Loki!"
"Didn't seem like it with all those other men coming to you and all!"
"They were just being friendly Loki! I can't help it that you don't like them because they beat you up pretty bad a while back!"
"Yeah, well what about you and Thor? I saw you all up on him! What is it now (y/n)? You prefer that huge brute over me now?!?" Loki yelled back. His anger had finally gotten so bad that he's skin was turning blue and his eyes were crimson.
