I finally got through with all my crew and told them the location to meet me at a set time, we all agreed then I got an idea of how to attract people to join my fleet and gift them a devil fruit

Ralph: Hello world! This is Dami D. Ralph your personal shadow emperor.. I'm finally showing my face to you all because I've something to say (I said with all seriousness)

Ralph: The first 100 pirate crew to reach clover island will participate but the remaining will have to return home and wait for the next tournament.. The deadline is next tommorow, so see you by that time (I said as Kaneki caught off the video transponder snail)
Pirates: Yeah!! Let's set sail for clover island we need to be there so that we could participate in the tournament (they all said as they hopped onto their ship's and left for clover island)

Kaneki: Are you sure it will work..? (he asked me)
Ralph: We just have to wait and see how many ship's would arrive before today ends.. So don't worry yourself Kaneki (I replied as I received a call from my transponder snail as I picked it up)

???: Hello.. I've an offer for you shadow emperor (the voice said)
Ralph: Speak up.. I'm all ears (I replied)
???: I've 3 crates of devil fruits and they belong to all 3 type of devil fruit, logia, paramecia and zoan.. They are 5 inside each of them, so I'm saying whether you would love to have them under one condition (he say over the snail)

Ralph: You've piqued my interest.. What's the condition..? (I asked)
???: You let me join your crew I'll give you one crate. You let me join and become a top officer I'll give you two crate. You let me join, make me an officer and let me be the scientist of your crew and I'll give you all the crates I've got (he ended his talk)
Ralph: I agree to all the conditions, just bring the crates over here and be here before the tournament starts (I replied him quickly)

???: The name's "Hito" and I'll be there before 2 hours (he says as he cut the call)
Ralph: See.. I don't have to stress, they will come to me all by themselves (I said to Kaneki who was just laughing while looking outside the window)
Ralph: What's so funny..? (I asked him)
Kaneki: The devil fruit guy is here (he said as I stood up and opened the door as a young boy walked in carrying 3 crates)

Hito: I'm here right now.. So let the transaction be complete (he said as I opened the crates and saw fresh devil fruits)
Ralph: The deal is done.. Welcome onboard boy O (I said to him as I carried the crates Inside)
Hito: They are all here cap'tn...!! The enormous pirate fleet are here with their Jolly Roger... With my technical calculations there are more than 50 ship's that are docked here (he said to me as I smiled)
Ralph: Immediately I got the idea of a name they came.. Today's tournament is going to be like "Hell"
