Y/n Pov

My eyes grew wide as soon as my eyes saw the man coming inside With a sniper in his hand.

It was Simon. The person I have been eagerly waiting to meet. I stared at him looking around, looking for a specific person as his brow frowned in confusion and I knew what he was looking for. It was me.

"Where is that kid?" Simon asked referring me to as a kid while everyone in the warehouse looked at him in utter puzzled gaze except for Jungkook who had entered Before him. He gestured to Simon to look up With his index figure pointing up and as soon as he did, he bursted into laughter. Laughing as if he was Looking at some penguin dancing on one leg. Is that even possible?

"I didn't know you had a passion for flying-" he said, controlling his laugh, "So how are you doing up there?" He playfully inquired, making me look at him in disbelief. And here I was thinking About meeting him will be one of those emotional moments I have read in one of my novel.

But I can't even blame him, that's Just how he is. His sense of humour is everything; its what sets him apart from others. Simon is a person who never lets anyone doubt him even if anyone get suspicious, he will do something completely unbelieving that people have to agree they are mistaken from the core of their heart and brain.
Manipulative. Hidden. Sharp Minded.

"Not now!" I exclaimed, causing Simon to chuckle. I don't have any strength to fight With his questions and humour.

He rested his sniper on his shoulder while his same hand had a grip on it to steady it. Turning to look at Jungkook-who had a slight smile which disappeared as Simon spoke, "I always thought your father was a greedy crow, but it turns out he's an actor too-" he paused looking at his father before adding, "A very greedy fraudster daddy"

My eyes almost popped out in shock. That's not how it's supposed to be! "Simon, no-" I tried to speak but Namjoon interrupted me, not letting me take the beat while disregarding the anguished screams of the man who claimed to be his father. "What do you mean?"

Simon chuckled at Namjoon's question not understanding that Namjoon doesn't know About anything, not any one of them. "Why are you acting like you don't know he's not your biological father?" Simon questioned, filling the air with tense silence. No one dared to speak as they were in utter shock.

"Stop talking nonsense!" Jungkook was the one who retorted, which I will take as a sign of utter feeling of frustration in the midst of the situation.

"Y/n knew, didn't she?" Simon said, turning up towards me. I groaned internally for being not able to snap his nape for ignoring my protest and to cut Namjoon's- a lesson for interrupting me.

"Not now!" A clear, flat, annoyed growl escaped my throat as Simon nodded, understanding the situation he decided to avoid pushing it further at least for a while.

My gaze turned when Jungkook approached the crane, where The chains were securely locked. He attempted to open them, but his efforts were in vain.

While Hoseok and Jin decided to lend a hand, my focus shifted to the sudden footsteps echoing through the quiet room, aside from the clinking of the chain I was hanging onto. It was Namjoon approaching his tainted father- not in the biological sense, but in the sense of how he raised them.

As Namjoon approached his father, he stooped down to his eye level. "H... help m... me...", Jun tae pleaded for assistance, only to receive a sarcastic chuckle from Namjoon.

"Did you really think your previous actions weren't enough? Now you want me to add another sin to the list?" Namjoon spat out the words like venom, leaving Jun tae in disbelief. "I raised you-" Jun tae attempted to interject, but before he could finish his stuttering sentence, Namjoon's chuckle filled the room, in his calm, deep voice that was practically dripping with disdain, pointed out all the ways in which Jun tae had wreaked havoc on their lives.
