Sound and Fury

Inside Professor Sumdac's lab, the professor was going over many blueprints and plans on what to give Daniel for his birthday. Megatron: "You seemed to be worked up on trying to find a gift for your grand sparkling, is his construction date really important?" Professor Sumdac: "If you mean Daniel's birthday, then yes it is, I always try my best to build the best gift for him, which gets harder as he gets older, and now with the Autobots around, he spends less time with me, I just don't know what to do." as much as Megatron loathed to involve himself in the affairs of his captor, his solitude had made him ineradicably bored, and it could speed up the time to get a body again. Megatron: "Surely there is something you can think of that he has shown an interest in." Professor Sumdac: "Well he does love music, uh you do have music on Cybertron right?" Megatron: "Yes, before the Great War, we Cybertronians would have dances and play music in the streets, those were the good old days." Professor Sumdac: "Hmm... maybe I could make a robot that not only plays music, but can also dance with him." this gave Megatron an idea on not only getting Daniel's key, but also a way to get a body. Megatron: "Perhaps that could work, with a bit of my help, it would be a birthday he'll never forget..." said Megatron, who was secretly making an evil grin on his damaged face. It was noon when Daniel and the Autobots were at the park, where the party was taking place, and the Autobots were watching the boy trying to whack a pinata. Optimus Prime: "Any reasons why's he's trying to hit that colorful animal?" Ratchet: "Smack it!, smack it already!" Spike: "It's just a box that looks like an animal, and if he hits it hard enough, candy comes out." Bumblebee: "You mean that stuff we were collecting on Halloween?" Carly: "That's right." Prowl: "But does it really needed to look like something that's alive?" Sari: "Yeah... I find it a little cruel, and that's coming from a bot who used to be a Decepticon." said Sari, before Daniel lost grip of his bat, which bonks into Ratchet's head. Ratchet: "Hey!" Daniel: "Oops... sorry..." said Daniel, feeling a little embarrassed. Bumblebee: "Hey Bulky, did you by chance got a present for Daniel?" Bulkhead: "Yeah, I just hope he likes it." said Bulkhead, pulling out a small xylophone with a bow on it. That was when Professor Sumdac brought a large box with a bow on top in front of his grandson. Professor Sumdac: "Go ahead Daniel, I saved the best for last." once the box was opened, there was a robot smaller than the Autobots, but bigger than Daniel, with a blue and gold paint job, and with what looked like a sound deck installed in it's chest plate. It was a robot named little Soundwave, which was based on the Decepticon, and it seems to play cool music and dance at the same time, which Daniel finds really amazing. Spike and Carly noticed that Ratchet looked unease while looking at the toy. Spike: "Something wrong?" Ratchet: "It's just... there was a Decepticon that was named Soundwave, and that toy reminds me of him..." Carly: "I see... but no need to worry, it's only a toy." Later that day, Daniel was enjoying his new presents, including little Soundwave, which was when Bulkhead came to see Daniel using his key on the toy. Bulkhead: "Hey Daniel, you sure it's a good idea on using your key on that thing?" Daniel: "What?, it's just a toy." Bulkhead: "Yeah, but have you forgotten what happened with the Dinobots?" Daniel: "Oh yeah, well that was when I used a lot of the key's power, I'm just putting a little bit of it." Bulkhead: "Maybe, but I got this bad feeling about little Soundwave." Daniel: "Oh come on Bulkhead, it's not like he's a Decepticon." said Daniel, unaware that Megatron created little Soundwave to become his new body after getting upgraded by the key's powers. That was when Bulkhead tripped on a rock and his arm landed on top of Soundwave. Bulkhead: "Oops..." Daniel: "Oh man!... it's a good thing I got my key." so he puts his key into Soundwave, fixing him right up, unaware that it also gave him not only an upgrade, but transmitted a signal that caught the attention of a certain Decepticon, who decided to go to earth to investigate. The little robot started playing some strange music that seemed to be hypnotizing some robots in the area. Daniel: "Whoa... did I do that?" Bulkhead: "Why do I get the feeling that we're in trouble?" Daniel: "What makes you say that?" Bulkhead: "Well for starters, the robots here seem to be hypnotized by that music, and the fact that little Soundwave is leaving." said Bulkhead, who points at the retreating Soundwave. Daniel: "Yeah, I think you might be right." turns out that little Soundwave was attracted to a signal that only it could pick up, leading him to the original Soundwave himself. Megatron soon realized this used his connections to the lab to connect himself to some TV screens in order to talk to Soundwave. Megatron: "Soundwave, my loyal Decepticon." Soundwave: "Megatron, where are you." Megatron: "Rest assured, I'm close at hand, but I have a mission for you, collect me the key that a little organic possess, I'll need it for finding the AllSpark. Soundwave: "As you command, Megatron." said Soundwave, before he picks up the little toy version of himself and crushes it. Megatron: "Good, and while you're at it, try to make some recruits out of the machines here." Soundwave: "Affirmative, I am Soundwave, I am Decepticon, commence operation robot revolution." said Soundwave in a robotic and emotionless voice, before transforming into a pseudo-Scion xB that got a 'Pimp My Ride' music style treatment, and unleashing his new hypnotic music ability to order the robots in Detroit to attack the humans. Soon, the Autobots saw what was happening, and see some robots taking Daniel. Bumblebee: "What the heck is happening?!" Optimus Prime: "Seems to be some sort of transmission that controls the robots here." Ratchet: "Though it doesn't seemed to be effecting us, thank goodness." that was Bulkhead sees the robots taking the boy to Soundwave. Bulkhead: "Something tells me that Soundwave just got a new upgrade, and an evil one to add that." Ratchet: "No... that is the Decepticon Soundwave... Megatron's communication officer and third in command..." Sari: "Yeah that's him alright..." Orion Pax: "Well whoever he is, we have to stop him fast!" said Optimus Prime, as Daniel was now in front of the Decepticon. Soundwave: "Give me key human, for it shall give me the power to free all machines from slavery of the humans." Daniel: "The only one is enslaving them is you!, there's no way I'll give my key to some tin can like you." Soundwave: "Foolish human, Soundwave superior, human child inferior." said Soundwave, before the Autobots came to the scene. Sari: "Let my friend go!" Soundwave: "So you're with the Autobots now... therefore, you must be destroyed." Sari: "Assuming you can beat us first." she said, before she, Daniel and the Autobots went to battle Soundwave and the mind controlled robots. Bulkhead managed to use his wrecking ball to smash Soundwave into a million pieces, which freed the robots from their hypnotic trance. Sari: "Nice aiming." Bulkhead: "Thanks." Optimus Prime: "Is everyone alright?" Daniel: "Well other than the fact the coolest toy I ever gotten tried to kill us, I think we're fine." Ratchet: "That wasn't your toy, it was a Decepticon." Sari: "Look over there, the proof is over there." said Sari, pointing at the now destroyed little Soundwave toy. Bulkhead: "Sorry about your toy." Daniel: "It's okay, better to lose a toy than my friends." the next day, Bulkhead and Sari were with Daniel, who was playing with the xylophone that Bulkhead gave him. Bulkhead: "It might not be a dancing robot, but it's the thought that counts right?" Daniel: "That's right, and I think this is way more fun as it's from one of my best friends." Sari: "Mind if I have a turn?" Daniel: "Not at all." meanwhile, Megatron was not happy with Soundwave's defeat. Megatron: "This was only a minor setback, but Soundwave's sacrifice won't be in vain once I have the AllSpark in my hands... as soon as I have hands that is..." little did he knew, was that Soundwave was not completely offline as there was his tape deck form, a remaining part of him on the ground, and it was glowing with the Decepticon symbol on it.
