i fell asleep early that night. like 7-8 pm early. paige had convinced me to stay in her room that night. the light was shining through the curtains that nika had opened up hours ago. i blinked a couple times getting my eyes used to the brightness of the sun. "what time is it?" my voice was groggy and raspy. i looked up to see my brunette bestfriend standing above me. "so. care to explain?" nika pointed to the blonde that was still deep asleep. i sucked my lips in my mouth and shrugged. finally i stood up and shoved nika out of the room so that i could change into something other than my old clothes. i scrimmaged through paige's closet and found a large t-shirt of her and a pair of her sweatpants. i slipped the outfit on and left the room still letting paige sleep in, even though it was already 11 pm..... I entered the kitchen and all eyes immediately went on me. all the girls noticed that i was wearing paige's clothes. i was completely oblivious and went to make a smoothie big enough for me and nika to share. as i threw the fruits into the blender i turned around and made eye contact with 7 different girls that were in the room. "hey guys! sorry i slept in so late i'll run to target with azzi for some snacks later i promise. can everyone text me what they need and send money along with that please?" a soft smile grew on my lips as i still mindlessly stared into the teams eyes. "what?" everyone started laughing and pulled out their phones to text me what they needed from the store. i ignored their snickering and continued making me and nika's smoothie.

sofia went back to nikas room and handed her a cup filled with a strawberry smoothie. "delete.that post" sofia said before storming out of the room. nika laughed and watched as sofia left angrily. azzi then grabbed her keys and water bottle before leaving to go to target. sofia obviously had to play taylor swift. she hummed along to the lyrics of Timeless and drove to target. by then all the girls had texted her what they wanted from the store. she began going through each and every isle looking for the things that everyone wanted while azzi waited in the car and texted paige. it only took sofia an hour to find everything but it felt like days. she stopped by the makeup section picked up a lipliner and lipgloss for herself before heading to the checkout. after getting the food, sofia and azzi headed straight to starbucks and texted everyone to see if they wanted anything. only a couple girls answered so the others just had to miss out on coffee this time.

sofia got the starbucks with her own money to act as a pre game gift for the girls. "are you sure you want to get all the drinks with your own money?" azzi asked slightly concerned. "yeah i'm sure. it can be like a pre game booster" sofia said. they drove home and carefully brought in the drinks first. "alright can we get some help with groceries please!?" most of the girls came out to the car and helped the girls bring in the huge load of groceries and then started organizing them into cupboards. by now paige was out and about watching tv with some of the girls. sofia walked up to paige and dropped a blue gatorade and chips in the blondes lap. "that's for you" paige e looked up and smiled at sofia then opened her gatorade.

after all the groceries were out away sofia went straight to her room and collapsed onto her bed slowly falling asleep until she was interrupted by a knock on the door. "come in" she said dragging out her words with annoyance. that annoyed tone went away quickly when she saw paige standing in the doorway. "did you happen to get red gatorade too? it's ok if you didn't" sofia sprung, just eager to see paige and be able to talk to her without panicking. "yeah they should be in the fridge on the second to middle shelf." sofia said with a wide grin on her face. "alright thank you beautiful" the brunette stopped in her tracks when she heard those words leave paige mouth. she grabbed onto the blue eyed girls shoulder and spun her back around. "what did you just call me?" paige tried to play it off like she didn't call sofia that on purpose just to mess with her. paige chuckled and pecked a kiss against sofias forehead before leaving the room.
