"Should I wait for Diana to awake her?" "What did John mean by "Diana knows?" So many unanswered questions and so little time to answer them". Bruce still shocked from johns odd and unusual behavior began to shift his weight from the bed as Diana still lay in unconscious, " looking at her again will feel like the ending of something in my life.. Bruce paused for second before slamming his already swollen fist through the wall... " this will not be the end and I promise you that princess". Swiftly batman made his way to the javelin preparing himself for what he would need to do to survive this mission. Alfred as loyal as he was never stood awaiting Batman to watch him leave as he believed this mission was suicide to all involved so chose not to watch the young boy he had cared for and brought up as his own flesh and blood die at the hands of a mad man.

On entering the javelin the rustic smell of burned metal and flaccid oil inflamed his lungs while his eyes adjusted to the dim lighting where superman sat tensely restraint by the belts on the passenger seats as he grasped tensely to the black leather padding of the seats. Mr queen on the other hand seemed to be letting the hype of the mission go to his head as he brushed harshly at his arrows, sharpening every blade like his life depended on it. As I made my way to the controls readying myself and what team we had left for take off the shine off a Scarlet red man caught his eye hiding at the back of the ship, " Flash you are not ready to take on a mission like this in your physical and mental state, return to the infirmary immediately" Bruce shouted untamed towards flash, he was shocked by his own loudness and harshness until flash approached him with such ease and carelessness. " I'm fine, my temporary relapse was inevitable after what i had suffered at the hands of that...that monster" Barry chest began to raise up and down more frequently as he panted for breath almost if he was reliving the whole experience again in his head. Bruce placed his hand delicately onto Barry's shoulder almost comforting him yet still distant. "Fine but you stay with the javelin" he commanded as he walked away to the controls readying for take off. "And Diana ?.... where is she?.....she should be here Bruce she is the only one who escaped their and knows most of the layout" Barry argued with a slight determination in his voice. Bruce replied calmly at first "No she wont be needed for this mission shes agreed to stay behind". " Who decided Diana or you ? Barry spat standing up head on to towards batman prompting Clark and Oliver to stand up as Bruce turned to face Barry head on.

"Don't you dare question my actions again, my decisions are done for the safety and protection of this group and if i want Diana to stay here she will and that is final" Bruce slowly began to turn away as Barry, still facing Bruce angered and slightly humiliated shouted "the only reasons she's still here is because you drugged her... what Bruce cant take she doesn't love you so you try and get inside her head again like everyone else, your sick" Bruce turned to face Barry once again, clutching his fists tighter and tighter. " I bet Steve dying fell right into your plan didn't it ... her vulnerable and alone think you can use her to get a free rid.......uhhhh" Bruce wrapped his hand tightly around Barry's neck and began squeezing tighter and tighter until he pushed his head off against the wall as both Clark and Oliver looked on in amazement as Bruce whispered " you ever dare talk about myself or even mention Diana in that way again i will kill you " Bruce released his grip slowly from Barry's damaged and severely bruised throat and walked out of the javelin to find john for more equipment leaving the scarlet speedster on his knees grasping for air. "Barry I'm... Don't Clark.. don't dare try to support his actions, he may be able to stand up against you and me but there is one person he cannot and shes coming on this mission".

"Barry you heard what he said don't try anything stupid you hear!!" Oliver whispered in a very lifeless but concerned way as Barry left the javelin in a split second and returned with the only weapon he knew the Batman or any of them on that ship could not battle against, the one thing they all shared a common love for, they would risk anything for her and who's name sent a warm, tingling feeling through there stomachs and into their hearts. " Diana"
