There wasn't much to the building left to see. Most of the rooms Mr France wanted us to see were locked because it wasn't opened today. There was this huge meeting room upstairs with a big table that extended all the way down the room with throne-like chairs placed around them.

Outside the window was a view of the whole area. But they were shut tight and locked with curtains covering them when we arrived.

Eventually the group made it outside again. The carriage was nowhere to be seen, expected, since Noah just teleported them here.
"You might want to go hide in the bush besides the building." France suddenly said.
So the group scurried to the bushes.

Mason, who was in the front, peeked between the leaves.
"Mason, what are you doing?" Wyatt whispers.
"I wanna see who we're hiding from."
"But-"
"Will you two shut up? Do you want us to get caught?" Aiden said behind them.

Just as he did so, the door they just left from opened. The person who walked out held a ton of folders that he cradled in one hand as he held up his phone in the other.
"No, I'm perfectly fine. Just forgot some stuff." He said quickly. He was pretty tall for a average persons and was wearing.. winter clothes. During the warm season of, wait what season was it?

And when I mean winter clothes I just mean a oversized hoodie that hung over his body, some baggy pants and some type of hat they've never seen in their life.

"Listen, I need to get back to the states. I'll call you when I get home, okay?"
A few words they couldn't hear and then he hung up and slipped the phone into his pocket again. He then looked through the folders in his other hand and sighed "Shoot." He mumbled. Then swiftly turns around and walks inside the building again.

"Okay, a carriage was be sent for you."
The group cautiously stood up, afraid that the stranger would come out again.
"Who was that?" Isabella asked.
"Yeah, and why was he wearing winter clothing? Isn't it summer?" Kai adds.
"I'll explain it all to you in the carriage where there's more privacy."
"There isn't enough here?" Aiden put both his hands on his hip "Cause I want some answers."
"In the carriage."

Noah teleported everyone back to where the last had their ride. Aiden was the first to climb in. Once he did, he crossed his arms "Now is it okay?"
Everyone else climbed in quickly. Aiden can be a bit.. impatient when it comes to things like this.
"Okay," France sighed "you may not know where you are at the moment."

"What do you mean? We're in the International Building or something, right?" Alex asked.
"Well yes. But the world you're in, as you know, is not like the world you're used to."
"So," Willow looks over at Owen and then back at her bracelet "there aren't other representatives for the other states here?" She frowned. When they all 'reunited', she made great friends with someone named Alan Bama, the representative for Alabama.

A small part of her mind said she would see him when they arrived in this new world, but apparently that wasn't the case.

"No, there isn't a such thing as 'representatives' here."
"Than who takes responsibility for the state-"
"The states are personified. Just like us countries. Just like Sir Merick."

It takes a moment for the thought to reach their mind. Once it does, everyone had the realization at the exact same time.
"Wait- hold on, personified?"
"Sir Merick is a personified? Of what?"
"Why are you asking about that of all things? We're representing real life people! Without h knowing at all!"

"Hold on, hold on, I don't have multiple ears."
"Perhaps I can be a exception."

With that one voice, the questions all got redirected towards it.
"SIR BRITAIN?"
"WERE YOU WITH US THE WHOLE TIME?"
"WHY DIDN'T YOU SAY ANYTHING?"
Sir Britain sighs "Apologies but I was managing your surroundings as you walked around. There are security cameras everywhere."
"Managing our surroundings?"
