Wednesday's pov
A week after birth
I had to stay in the hospital for a week to recover. I was now holding Eli in my arms. Enid walked over to me and sat beside me on the couch. She leaned her head on my shoulder. "Is he fed yet?" She asked. I nodded. "He was quite hungry." I said. She smiled. I kissed her forehead. "It's about time for his nap." I said. I then looked down at sleeping Eli. I fixed him so his head could rest on my shoulder. I then walked over to the swing and placed him in it. I put the swing on vibrate and then rubbed his back. "Weds, he'll be fine." Enid said. I looked at her. I then covered the baby with a blanket and walked back to her. Enid hugged my waist. I smiled and stroked her hair. As Eli peacefully drifted into his nap in the gently vibrating swing, Enid looked up at me with gratitude in her eyes. "Thank you for being there for us," she whispered. I kissed her forehead again, cherishing the quiet moment. The hospital ordeal had strengthened our bond, and as we stood together, I couldn't help but feel a deep sense of love and warmth. We embraced, knowing that our little family had overcome challenges, and this tranquil afternoon marked the beginning of a new chapter. I rested my head on Enid's chest. "I enjoy being at home than the hospital." I said. Enid nodded. I kissed her neck. Enid ran her fingers through my hair as we shared a quiet moment of contentment. "Home has a way of healing too," she whispered, her voice filled with tenderness. The familiar surroundings provided a comforting backdrop, and as our lips met, the simple joy of being together in the warmth of our home eclipsed the memories of the hospital.
I smiled up at her. "I heard a full moon is coming, Will you be okay?" I asked her as I wrapped my arms around her neck and stroked her hair. Enid looked into my eyes, her gaze steady. "I'll be fine," she reassured me, a gentle smile playing on her lips. "With you and Eli by my side, every phase of the moon feels like a blessing." We shared a tender moment, embracing the calm before the upcoming full moon, our connection solidifying under the soft glow of our shared love.
Once the full moon hit, I kept distance from Enid as she transformed into a Werewolf. She howled and I walked over to her now seeing that she had transformed. "Puppy." I said. Enid's eyes gleamed with a mix of wildness and recognition as I approached. "You're not scared?" she asked, her werewolf form still radiating an untamed energy. I chuckled, gently patting her massive, furry head. "Not at all. You're my fierce and beautiful wolf," I said, embracing the unique bond that connected us, even in this extraordinary moment under the full moon. "I would never be scared of my wife." I said. I then leaned into her furry body. I stroked her fur and she purred. Enid nuzzled against me, her werewolf form expressing a rare gentleness. The connection between us transcended the supernatural, and as I continued to stroke her fur, a deep sense of love and acceptance filled the moonlit night. Together, we navigated the extraordinary aspects of our lives, finding comfort in the strength of our bond.
