I was looking at my belly in the mirror. Eli and Willow came and hugged me. I giggled. Enid walked over to me with a bouquet of flowers. I smiled. As Enid approached with the bouquet of flowers, my heart swelled with love and appreciation for her thoughtfulness. With Eli and Willow by my side, enveloped in their sweet hugs, I couldn't help but feel grateful for the beautiful family we had created together. I smiled as she handed me the flowers. I giggled. "Thank you." "You're welcome, my love," Enid said, her eyes sparkling with affection. "You deserve all the love and beauty in the world." With a tender smile, she leaned in and kissed me softly, sealing the moment with a gesture of love and tenderness. I blushed and giggled. "Not infront of the kids." I said. Enid chuckled softly, her cheeks tinted with a hint of pink. "Oops, sorry about that," she replied, casting a playful glance at Eli and Willow, who were watching us with curious expressions. "Let's save the mushy stuff for later, shall we?" I nodded. I then looked at my belly. As I gazed at my belly, feeling the gentle kicks and movements of our soon-to-arrive little one, a wave of excitement and anticipation washed over me. With each passing day, the bond between me and our unborn child grew stronger, filling me with a sense of wonder and joy.
Later in the night, I was changing into my pajamas when I realized they couldn't fit anymore. I frowned. Feeling a mixture of surprise and amusement, I looked down at my growing belly, marveling at how much it had grown since the last time I tried on my pajamas. With a chuckle, I set the too-small pajamas aside and reached for something more comfortable, grateful for the undeniable evidence of the new life blossoming within me. I then climbed into bed beside Enid. As I nestled into bed beside Enid, the warmth of her presence enveloped me, filling me with a sense of comfort and contentment. With a soft sigh, I snuggled closer to her, grateful for her unwavering love and support as we awaited the arrival of our newest family member.
