9. therapy

its been a few days since rhea found out about sages mental health and her struggle, liv and Callie have been helping sage with therapy and her recovery from Shayna. sage how did you feel when rhea found out about your mental health and the pills asked the therapist sitting in her chair while sage sat across from her. sage fidgeted with her necklace and looked down trying to relax, it stressed me out and made me sad knowing that rhea didn't even know about my mental health and only cared about protecting me said sage. have you talked to her about your mental health since she found out asked the therapist writing down notes, no because she is my ex and even if we do work together, she doesn't need to know said sage. Do you feel like you were in a abusive relationship with rhea, or do you think she was too focused on something else said the therapist. she wasn't abusive at all, rhea was just scared to leave me but when i changed she treated me different like i couldn't do anything without her permission said sage starting to have a flash back causing the therapist to notice and write more notes. after a hour sage finished up her appointment, liv and callie were talking to each other in the waiting room as sage walked out. can i talk to you both real quick said the therapist opening the door for liv and callie, they girls kissed sages' cheek and nodded as they both walked into the room as the therapist closed the door. how is she doing asked callie worried slightly, shes doing better and is coming out more with talking about her past but she keeps having flashbacks about the past and she seems to go into a deeper mindset said the therapist. has sage wanted to go out of the house or hang out with her friends or family asked the therapist, she usually always wants to stream with her best friend Frankie but lately she doesn't really want to do anything anymore said liv looking down. ok im going to give you both a little homework and its important that you both do this for her, i need you both to get her out of the house and get her back into what she loves. maybe you can get a little get together with Frankie or her family, since she feels close to some wrestlers maybe you all could do something together said the therapist. we will do that and i will make a group chat with roman and some of the others to see if they have any ideas said liv pulling out her phone, she seems to like tattoos so why dont you take her to get a tattoo or go shopping or think maybe getting a emotional support animal suggested the therapist slowly opening the door. callie nodded and they both thanked the therapist as they walked out of the door, ill see you next time luisa said the therapist waving goodbye to them.

we walked out the door and headed to the cars, ok baby girl im going to wrap up some paperwork at work than ill be home said callie kissing my head and hugging me. i nodded and hugged her back tightly, sage, would you want to hang out with Frankie for a little bit and we could all do something together asked liv as callie let go of me and walked to her car. yes, please i said while liv took my hand and walked me to her car. we got in the car and liv looked at me and cupped my cheek as she kissed me softly, i smiled and kissed her back. i love you sage no matter what we go through together said liv, i love you more i said causing her to giggle and giving me the aux cord. i smiled and put the aux in my phone and scrolled through my phone and smiled as we buckled up, liv put her hand on my thigh and started driving as i put on i lived by OneRepublic. i relaxed and smiled thinking about when i streamed with Frankie and liv surprised me, can we visit Colorado and umm go back to my old job to visit them. liv stopped at a red light and looked at me in confusion, you want to go back and risk your cover asked liv rubbing her thumb on my thigh. yes please if that's ok with you i asked pulling out my wallet holding a card from cracker barrel. i got a text from jane that Luna's brother turbo got sent to maximum prison and since they are gone i think i want to see them and see how Levi is doing i said as liv started driving again, i will tell Callie and talk to jane about it because i know she has a partner that helps with service animals and emotional support animals and i think you need that said liv kissing my head and turning down Frankie's street.
