I smile and play with sages hair while I drive to Cracker barrel, I notice her checking everything in her bag for the third time. You missing something baby I asked her turning down the street getting closer to cracker barrel. Yeah just double checking everything making sure I have what I need said sage zipping up her bag and kissing my cheek, so tell me again why they called you in I asked pulling into the parking lot. They lost some staff and they need some help until they get some more staff said sage turning my head and kissing my lips softly. I'm going to miss you, my little sexy pup I said as I kissed her back softly and passionately, I'm going to miss you and your kisses said sage taking off her seat belt slowly while she still had her lips on mine. I get out of the car with my bag on my back and walk to Callie who was speaking Spanish, I notice a big man come out of his truck and I could tell it was going to be one of those mornings. I start to see everyone watch us as I watch the big guy walk towards us and a chick come out of the car and I knew why he honked at us. I watch Scarlet get out of the car and walk towards me with a bitchy smirk on her face, listen hear you crazy lady you move your Jeep or I'll run it over! My girlfriend owns this spot so you better move your car said the man. I laughed hard seeing that this man is probably 32 and scarlet is 21, I didn't know you liked old people I said laughing at scarlet and the guy. Aww look who's working here because liv didn't want you anymore and left you with this Latina trash said scarlet. I heard the scariest thing I've ever heard from Callie and it was it was Callie laughing evilly. I put my bag down and get in front of scarlets face and smirk at her, you just don't get it child do you? I ask her sarcastically as I suddenly hear a body hit the ground and I feel a slap on my face causing me to blink and rub my cheek. I turned to see Callie on the ground and see the man laughing at her. I stare dead into the man's face and I tell him to run before I slash his tires and make his girlfriends life a nightmare. I hear John head towards us as I feel scarlet push me to the ground, scarlet walks inside to clock in and the man get in his truck and drive away. John helps Callie and I up, are you ok sage? Ma'am are you ok asked John giving me my bag. Yeah thank you Johnny I don't think she understands that I'm going to be in charge of her I said kissing Callies cheek. Well she made that mistake and I'm glad your back sage it's good to see you again said John, baby if scarlet causes more trouble call us and we will be here said Callie fixing my hair. I got it Callie and I will now don't tell Rhea and have a good day I said walking inside with John. John and I talked about the current situation and I smiled hearing the famous words "welcome to cracker barrel".
I looked to the cash register and say Tracy and Adrianna helping guests, I smirked seeing scarlets hair a mess and a little scratched up. The managers are in the back room I'll see you in a little bit sage, said John nodding at me and heading towards the restaurant. I walked passed scarlet and headed to the back room opening it and closing it making sure its locked. This is going to be a fun shift I thought to myself.
