He and Ethan didn't talk much the day after, they just casually said "Hi" to each other and continued their paths.

The following day, they didn't talk much either.

Apollo's kids were busy teaching him all about what they were good at, with the intention of finding something Aleks was talented at, and it ended with him having a talent in archery, but he didn't want to give up on the sword lessons.

Eventually, Aleks visited Ethan while he was resting at Hermes cabin.

He went to the door and opened it to find Aleks standing there.

He felt his heart start pounding in his chest from seeing the boy after they hadn't talked for a while.

"Hey..." He tried to speak in a calm and collected manner.

"Hey." The boy said.

"Did you need something?" He asked the boy with genuine curiosity and he felt himself getting excited since he knew that the boy took the initiative to come to see him.

"I just wanted to come to spend some time with you, since we haven't talked in two days."

"Really? You wanted to spend some time with me?" Ethan asked the boy with happiness in his voice.

"I do." Aleks answered.

Ethan's joy in his voice stayed when he heard the boy answer his question.

"Well... I don't mind." He responded back.

He felt a bit of happiness while smiling as he let the boy in the cabin by stepping aside to let him enter.

Ethan decided to start the conversation by trying to get to know the boy better.

"Have you... been practicing with your sword?" He asked politely with genuine curiosity.

"I have, but my brothers say that I should practice more with the bow since I'm good at it."

"Really? That's awesome! Were you training on your own or were your siblings helping you?" He asked the boy in a friendly tone of voice.

"With my siblings." He answered.

"It's good you're getting better at it. I wouldn't have thought that the bow would be the best weapon for you.

"Me neither, but I guess it is good to be able to manage more than one weapon."

"Yeah, it's a good idea to learn more than one weapon. Can never be too prepared, I guess." He said.

He then looked over at the boy and suddenly felt a sense of nervousness wash over him since he wasn't really sure what else to say.

"Tell me about you, all the talks we've done since I arrived at camp are about me, I want to learn about you." Aleks said.

Ethan's heart skipped a beat when the boy asked him to talk about himself.

He took a deep breath and decided to start small.

"What would you like to know about me?" He asked as he looked at the boy and waited for his answer.

"Where are you from? You kinda look asian."

"Well.. I am half asian, that is true." He answered in his usual and calming tone.

He knew that he did look like an Asian, this being why the boy asked, but he still felt a bit awkward and nervous about the subject.

"Do... You wanna guess where in Asia I'm from?" He asked the boy with a small smile.
