I had no time to check if Bullseye was okay. Logan was attacking me again. How many times had we fought? I've lost track. I ducked under his arm and tried to impair him with the Muramasa blade. He slipped out of the way just in time so I only managed to cut his back. That scar would be there for a while.

"You shouldn't've come," growled Logan.

"I shouldn't've done a lot of things," said Daken. "You should be more specific."

My father roared and charged, much like a bull, straight at me. I stepped out of the way, raised the Muramasa blade, and swung it down at Logan. Something hit me full on, making me drop the Muramasa blade. I looked around to see Nightcrawler. Logan was back up.

"Thanks, Kurt," he said.

"No problem," said Nightcrawler.

I looked between the two X-men. Logan had the Muramasa blade. I raised my fists, claws breaking free.

"Let's dance,"

I couldn't watch anymore. I turned away and pushed through the crowd of students. I couldn't tell who was going to win or lose. Nobody seemed to notice that I left. I felt as though I should help in some way but I couldn't. No one wants me to get hurt and if I go out there, I most definitely will. I started to run, not knowing where I was going. I don't care where I'm going, as long as I'm not sitting around waiting for Daken to come kill me.

I pushed myself up, ignoring the pain. The fight has begun, everyone is fighting. Cyclops was no longer paying attention to me, he was sending red beam after red beam at Daken who was fighting Wolverine and Nightcrawler too. My arrow was out of his shoulder. I scanned the fight, my eyes landing on Daken. Then I had an idea. I grabbed an arrow and put it into the bow. I aimed and fired. The arrow hit Cyclops in the back, making him fall forward. He struggled to get it out but managed.

He turned on me. I dodged his next blast. The bomb was already in his system, ready to explode. I pulled out the remote to turn it on. Daken saw it, so did Osborn and Ares. And Cyclops. His mouth fell open. He didn't have time to yell. I pressed the button. Cyclops exploded.

I was sent flying backward, off the edge of the cliff. I managed to grab the cliff edge just in time.

The next thing I noticed was that Bullseye was nowhere to be seen. I looked around and saw Bullseye pulling himself over the edge of the cliff. I ran over to help him.

"Nice shot," I said, pulling him up.

"Thanks,"

I looked down and accessed the situation. Storm and the flying person Daken had brought were still alive. Beast was hurt but everyone else was fine. Except Scott.

"Where's Scott?" I asked Storm.

"H-He's gone," choked Storm.

"Gone?" I said. "No, he can't be!"

"I'm sorry, Jean," said Storm.

"Who did this?" I demanded. "Who?"

"I don't know," said Storm. "I think he was fighting Daken."

Rage filled my body as I scanned the scattered people on the ground. Finally, I spotted two people by the cliff. Daken and Bullseye. I brushed the tears that had begun to crawl down my face away.

"How long do you think we've got before the X-men recover?" I asked Daken.

"I don't know," he said. "It depends on who wants to avenge Cyclops first."

Daken looked behind me and his eyes widened.

"Watch out!" he yelled and pushed me out of the way of whatever was coming.

I looked up from the ground and saw Jean Grey ram into Daken. I guess she wanted to avenge Cyclops first. I jumped up and looked for my bow. It was gone, it must have fallen off the cliff when I was blasted off by the explosion. But I still had my arrows. Jean Grey stood up, standing over Daken. She raised her hands, magic circling around them.

"This is for Scott," she said.

Daken's hands shot to his face and he screamed in pain. Red magic seeped from under his hands. I ran up behind Jean and raised an arrow in my hand. Jean whirled and sent me flying backward. When I landed, I felt and heard something snap. I groaned in pain.

Wolverine and Nightcrawler leaned over Bullseye.

"So this is how it ends, huh?" he asked. "Gonna put me away?"

"We're thinking about it," said Nightcrawler.

Suddenly a blast hit Wolverine who was slammed into Nightcrawler.

I pushed myself up. Everyone seemed to have stopped what they were doing, their heads turned upward.

"Well, shit, guys," I said. "You could have come sooner."
