JJ called that morning. It was urgent and quick, not even letting Emily speak.

"BAU, ASAP, Don't pack a go bag" the call cut. Emily was already awake when the call came, so she threw on a pair of boots, and went out the door. It was early enough that Emily didn't get stuck in traffic on her way to work.

She met Morgan and Reid in the elevator, they were all surprised to see Army people in the bullpen.

They saw JJ and Hotch standing in the conference room, with another woman who was familiar to Emily. Emily walked through the door, and recognised Linda Kimura. "Shit" She muttered to herself.

"Emily" Linda said, holding out her hand, Emily took it to shake, "I wish we were meeting under better circumstances"

The whole team was in the room, "We met during the 2001, Amerithrax case, I was a liaison from the State Department" Emily explains.

Linda, JJ and Hotch explain the situation, Linda then hands out Cipro to everyone, giving Emily a cup with a different medicine, which did not go unnoticed.

Linda leaned closer to Emily and said, "You were lucky last time, you won't be as lucky if it happens this time" Emily blinks, then nods, knocking back the medicine. She can see Spencer eyeing her quizzically.

"The army is using this as the base of operations" Hotch said

"General Whitworth is coming here?" Rossi asked.

"He is in charge of site containment and spore analysis"

"Is there bad blood in between him?" JJ asks

"He was unhappy with the way investigation was handled in 01'" Rossi says,

"Thats it?" Morgan asks

Emily knew she should jump in, "An error was made by the FBI, which lead to the wrongful arrest of Dr Hatfill. So much time was spent proving it was Hatfill, that the actual unsub was never caught" Thats all she was going to give. She wasn't going to mention Strauss or Blake.

Hotch sends Reid to interview the victims, and her and Morgan to the crime scene. Just before they leave, the door opens.

Emily recognised the man, General Whitworth. He shakes Hotch and Rossi's hands. He explains the situation, but defensibly. She could see his stiff posture, holding strong.

"I don't want this to end like last time..." He locks eyes with Emily, "Prentiss?"

"General" Emily says nodding, and holding her hand forward for him to shake.

"I never would have expected to see you working here, especially considering what happened last time" he says

"What happened last time?" Garcia asks

"The FBI was the reason she was infected" he said, trying t o make a point, hoping to get an emotional response from the team. That sneaky bastard, Emily thought

"I learned to work through my problems, I think you should too, if you want this to end any differently than last time" Emily nods, a sly smile flickering on her face, right back at you.

He nods his head back at her then walks out.

After coming back from the crime scene, the team had got a prime suspect. Hotch sends her and Dave to the lab where Nichols worked. When they got back they got told that Reid was infected. Emily hoped that he would come out alive, she didn't know what she would do if she lost him.But they also discovered that Nichols was dead, for 2-3 days, meaning that he couldn't be responsible for the attacks.
