Mitsuki: Inko. We need to go to this hospital because we are worried about your health.
Rei: you keep eating too much.
Olivia: yeah. One day you're going to get diabetes or possibly a heart attack.
Flora exe: inko. We love you like you're our sister. Please we need you to fix your diet.
Doctor Hank: hello. I'm here to see inko.
Inko: I'm here why?
Doctor Hank: I'm here to discuss your diet. What do you eat everyday?
Inko: oh it's simple I start off with 10 bowls of fruit loops. Then I go to McDonald's and order 400 Big Macs. Then I go home and eat some pizza I ordered from Pizza Hut. then I order some Wendy's and get 60 baconators. And lastly to finish my day I ordered 40 Whoppers from Burger King.
Inko: and lastly to finish my day I create fanfics of me licking Julie exe's feet.😋
Doctor Hank: wow. It is a miracle that you're still alive. How can you eat that much food and not have a heart attack?
Inko: what do you mean by that?
Doctor Hank: I'm going to turn into my final form.
And then the doctor turned into...

Bill Nye: Inko. When a person eats 400 Big Macs. He's going to have a severe heart attack. Do your obese self. You're basically SMG4 Mario. so I suggest 1 piece of broccoli and you'll live even longer.
